I've been using EasyWorship for almost a decade now.

I was speaking to another user of the leading software package at another Church and he was saying that his software was not user friendly at all. I told him that we had been using EasyWorship 6 and then 7 for almost a decade and found the software to be easy, intuitive and powerful. It does all that we require.

There have been times when our A/V person does not show up and we've been forced to use someone who has never used the software before. A quick 2 to 3 minute tutorial and they are up and running.

We are currently working through issues related to PowerPoint usage within the software. In the meantime, we've been using the "Presentation" module within the EasyWorship 7 software and have been very satisfied with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When it doesn't work. Fex when we get new computers and have to download a new version. Firewalls keep being a problem for us to upload the database.

We had to buy a new version of Easy Worship to make it work, and it still doesn't work the way it is supposed to. The new computers have still not got the database, so we have one old computer with the old version of EW - and that is the only computer with can make schedules with. I have been doing presentations in church services for a long time and have used many applications. We recently started to live stream our main service on Youtube to our branch in another city. Our main challenge was to be able to broadcast the service from YouTube live and let the secondary church add overlays for in-service announcements. We tried every kind of software known to us and even paid a considerable amount for some without much success. Easy worship was the solution we needed. Not much can be said that doesn't work for us. In reality it has worked ok unless we might require more from it in the future. As of now it adequately serves our needs and resolved our biggest headache. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most substantial part of the package is the ability to have our worship's words projected on the main screen, along with the feedback monitor for the worship team. We love importing songs from SongSelect into the database and having it retain all the copyright information for each song. It is user-friendly, and we can get our volunteers up to speed very quickly with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Until recently, to import from SongSelect you needed to use Internet Explorer internally to EasyWorship, which had many issues with the rendering. With the most recent update, signing onto SongSelect is a much better experience.

Our church is used by other churches, and we have only just discovered that the user profiles are global to the multimedia machine we use - if you change users on the computer and start EasyWorship, you are still in the same user profile, using the same database. We have used EasyWorship for the past 12 years or more and have been very satisfied with it. The user interface lives up to the name, and we are able to onboard new volunteers quickly and easily. The features are rich, and we have not felt limited in any way with the program. Tech support has been responsive when needed, but that has not been often. Overall, a great product! Easyworship does not offer any cloud-based options, which would be helpful for collaboration. While it is not difficult to export schedules and files and utilize other platforms for sharing, integrating those platforms or creating an EW proprietary cloud-based service would be, well, easier. For a smaller church, when our tech guy is missing, I often have to train someone quickly. Easy Worship is simple to use. It has all the capabilities of more sophisticated software options but on a budget. Easy Worship also gives you a campus license that is more affordable than all other worship software. At times, PowerPoint has trouble loading. Usually, this has to do with a CODEC or even the need for an update. But, the support from Easy Worship is par none, so they get it figured out for you quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
