I like that I was able to bring my backups for Google Workspaces in house and this allowed me to cut some costs and add functionality. I have had to ask support for help a couple of times and they get back to you in a timely manner with good help. I also was able to easily migrate my test instance to a new server with no issues which was a good test. I think this product is great! **What do you dislike about CubeBackup?** So far in a couple months of using this I have not found anything to dislike, it does what it's supposed to do and so far seems to do it very well. **What problems is CubeBackup solving and how is that benefiting you?** We now have a good solid backup of our Google Workspace accounts. This allowed us to remove archived users after backing up their accounts saving us licensing in Google. This was a huge benefit to us. ### 2. Additionally, the incremental backup & restore features has been great when looking to quickly and easily recover Google Drive files that were accidentally deleted. Product features aside, the support has also been some of the best we've ever experienced. Every time we have a question, we are able to reach out via email and recieve a prompt and helpful reply. It's clear that the support representatives really KNOW the product, and aren't just reading off of a knowledgebase. **What do you dislike about CubeBackup?** While the product covers all the "key" Google Workspace services (Gmail, Drive, Shared Drives, Calendar, Contacts, Sites), more coverage certainly wouldn't hurt. **What problems is CubeBackup solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need(ed) a way to keep an offline copy of our Google Workspace data; CubeBackup fills that need. ### 4. Security is reasonable through disabling arbitrary exports (only restore to the original location). Containerized deployment offers flexible hosting , cloud or on-prem. Cloud storage support keeps the hosting costs low. Support is responsive. A solid, functional option. **What do you dislike about CubeBackup?** The management commands are a bit messy and many cannot run without stopping the server. Lack of support for more complex 3-2-1 retention rules, and their description is not clear. The container support is more complex than necessary because the program files are in the directory that should be a persistent volume. **What problems is CubeBackup solving and how is that benefiting you?** More backup retention than the default Workspace options. Compliance. Archiving accounts before removal. ### 5. It was simple to set-up and easy to maintain. I've not used their support as I've had no issues. **What problems is CubeBackup solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ensuring our Cloud data is backed up quickly and securely.
