The pricing for what you get is great. I like that I was able to bring my backups for Google Workspaces in house and this allowed me to cut some costs and add functionality. I have had to ask support for help a couple of times and they get back to you in a timely manner with good help. The solution is entirely self hosted, which lets us keep a fully offline copy of our critical Google Workspace data. Additionally, the incremental backup & restore features has been great when looking to quickly and easily recover Google Drive files that were accidentally deleted.

Product features aside, the support has also been some of the best we've ever experienced. Every time we have a question, we are able to reach out via email and recieve a prompt and helpful reply. Security is reasonable through disabling arbitrary exports (only restore to the original location). Containerized deployment offers flexible hosting , cloud or on-prem. The management commands are a bit messy and many cannot run without stopping the server.

Lack of support for more complex 3-2-1 retention rules, and their description is not clear.
