**What do you like best about ClubReady?**

The support I get from the CR team. I really feel like they are part of my team. Often times I forget they aren't my employees! Their product really is engineered for our training business. I've used them all and nothing compares.

**What do you dislike about ClubReady?**

They are getting more expensive but in reality so are all the other solutions and they still beat them on price. Only gripe is that they haven't developed or purchased a real solution for nutrition and workout creation.

**What problems is ClubReady solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better reporting! More access to cutting edge tech that streamlines our process. They're adding some great partners that have helped us and CR innovate.

**What do you like best about ClubReady?**

Its user interface is easy to use. Its my Apple of softwares compared to the complicated droid(my opinion).

**What do you dislike about ClubReady?**

If I had to pick something - Sometimes we need a 1 stop shop for reports and we don't have them all. We have Ikizmet which is great but it's a seperate software.

**What problems is ClubReady solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Any problem we have is solved by the CR team. Big shout out to Meredith Olsen and Chris Gallo as they are unmatched with handling anything and everything with speed and accuracy.

**What do you like best about ClubReady?**

I like that Clubready is a single platform to handle lead management, class schedules, membership management, and reporting.

Complexity is the enemy of scale, Clubready is simple and easy to train my team to use.

**What do you dislike about ClubReady?**

The UI is a little outdated and could use a refresh.

**What problems is ClubReady solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clubready solves the problem of lead follow up, class scheduling and booking, and membership management.   The benefit is that my studios are easy to operate and we can manage 8 locations with limited non location staffing.

**What do you like best about ClubReady?**

The team we've been working with has been outstanding. They've guided us through our API integration, quickly responded to questions, and resolved issues quickly.

**What do you dislike about ClubReady?**

So far, we haven't experienced challenges that we couldn't overcome. Nothing will ever be perfect so it's important to have a responsive partner like CR.

**What problems is ClubReady solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My company, Impact Wrap, provides on-bag fitness tracking to group striking workouts. ClubReady helps us have a better member experience by leveraging our APIs to give a one-app experience.

Members can stay in the ClubReady app to reserve a bag in class, update their profiles, and more. If they want deeper metrics, they can easily head to the Impact Wrap. This tiered experience has been extremely well-received by gyms.

Club Ready is a complete studio management tool all in one. No need for multiple log ins. The team is always available to help and have even built custom solutions for our business

The aesthetics are a little dated, but thats purely subjective and does not effect the product at all.

No downside outside of specific features they have been working on to improve fuctionality. Typical growth process.

the member engagement tools, we need more ways to be able to engage existing clients, challenges, check in challenges, milestones that are well integrated to the app in order to encourage more attendance and decrease attrition.

Booking platform, and lead management...helps ensure we stay on top of calling our leads to increase book rates and show rates.

I like how you can find sales, call logs, and activity very easily. I also like that you are able to see what other collagues are doing as well to see how you are doing against them.

**What do you dislike about ClubReady?**

I do not like when it crashes and no one tells you what exactly is happening or when the problem will be fixed.  Also sometimes the calls are not connecting when you neee them the most.

They have made it easier to see reports and be able to set goals and that makes it easier to see how you are doing throughout the month and what you need to do to complete the goal.

I like that I could learn everything so quickly. I worked for a gym and was able to take people's payments super easy and check them in. It also makes writing up new agreements effortless.

**What do you dislike about ClubReady?**

My only complaint is if you have to go back to the previous page. The "go back" buttons are in different locations on each screen. It makes it a little confusing because you have to look around for it.

It makes it super easy to log notes so we can communicate across the company.

**What do you like best about ClubReady?**

Their customer service is convenient. They are available for live chat at most hours and respond quickly. There are also many ways to set up automations and rules- but not with 3rd party software. The presentation app is convenient in that it automatically uploads waivers into their account from the iPad app, but it is hard for clients to maneuver.

**What do you dislike about ClubReady?**

It looks like it was made in 1999 and hasn't been touched since. My main complaint is their check-in system. There is no way to prevent clients from checking in for a class if they have past-dues. Even if they don't have a membership, THEY CAN CHECK IN. This is the most basic feature we need, yet they dont have this even after being in business for years. It really is a simple idea. 

The client facing portal is just as bad, so we don't grant access to clients. For staff, there are so many buttons you have to click, just to perform one single action. There really are no functions to help you keep track of follow up with clients/leads. It's honestly just there to charge clients money, allow them to book classes and keep their contracts/waivers on file.

No problems solved. It has allowed us to lose money by: not being able to keep track of clients in their follow-up and trial process and allowing clients with no memberships to check-in at the kiosk.

**What do you like best about ClubReady?**

This system works well to see the account activity and how/when billing is scheduled or completed.

**What do you dislike about ClubReady?**

Not much. It is very easy to use and if there's an error it is more than likely by an individual user as opposed to the CR admin team. But, the chat support is helpful and has been very helpful when there is something that needs to brought to their attention.

**Recommendations to others considering ClubReady:**

Ease of use for billing, prospecting and personal training bookings. So many benefits but those are to name a few.

**What problems is ClubReady solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems being solved are having firsthand experience dealing with freezes, cancels, logging information, booking sessions. Once the knowledge is there it is easy to navigate. Benefits are all of the above. Seeing when members scan in, knowing if their past due and having that conversation. Being able to pull reports for what is desired. Billing system works well for the most part.

**What do you like best about ClubReady?**

I like ClubReady for several reasons. With only so many hours in the a day, automation saves me time so I can focus on other parts of my business. The setting up automation is tedious because you want to get it right. Emails and text messages have to be genuine and poignant. I also like payroll,Staff time cloc, inventory management, and POS all rolled up into one program. No need to go to different programs or log ins. 

**What do you dislike about ClubReady?**

I wish there was a phone app to go with it. As an owner, I am working 24/7 and I would like to be able to do my business on my phone when needed. Using ClubReady in my browser is not the best user experience. I email and text clients through the app. This is ideal since we have three employees and we can access all accounts and see replies. The down side is that we don't get notifications and have to check CR constantly. There is a widget for text messages but not for email.  I also would like a better search option. When I have to look up a person, I have to know if it is a prospect or a members since they are in two different sections.

A decent learning curve but once I got it down, it was easy to use.

A one stop shop for all my gym needs, all integrated in one place without multiple log ins

**What do you like best about ClubReady?**

The most helpful thing CR has to offer is the ability to not only manage the financial side of the business (agreements, dues, etc) but also the sales process - contacting new leads, following up with prospects, setting tasks, etc.

**What do you dislike about ClubReady?**

CR is a great system, but If you don’t have corporate level privileges you are unable to make changes to things like agreements, sales scripts, etc.

Utilize the knowledge and training portals. There is a lot of good info at your finger tips when things don’t seem to be working the way you expect.

**What problems is ClubReady solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before CR we did not have a sales process in place. With CR and it’s automation we are able to have all our employees follow the same process to funnel leads into our studio and then sell.

We have been using club ready for over 2 years and for the most part like it! The support is always helpful and the system is user friendly for the most part

It’s hard to track productivity with member tasks, I wish these would show up in the activity log for the day

**What do you like best about ClubReady?**

What I enjoy the best about ClubReady is that they cater to a lot of different needs/areas at my health club. We are able to search up new prospect inquiries, manage current members as well as training members, and keep a well-organized profile of each member.

**What do you dislike about ClubReady?**

ClubReady recently had an update where you can schedule at 5 min increments versus the prior 15. That has caused a bit of issues as it takes time to search the time slot. They also have a feature where they'll send you alerts/notifications for follow ups. This is a bit flawed as it doesn't automatically register that the tasks that already have been completed. There's also no way to delete them all. You must do it one by one. 

I've also had some issues with uploading documents for the client to view as well. There's also no way to change the wellness questionnaires

**Recommendations to others considering ClubReady:**

I've used ClubHub before and that did not have as many functions as ClubReady. I believe ClubReady is the better application.

**What problems is ClubReady solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With ClubReady, we're able to contact prospects, convert members, schedule appointments, create notes, create invoices, take payments. It is hard nowadays to find an application that does it all. ClubReady seems to do the trick despite some of the minute nuisances.

Chat costumer help, easy to use POS, looks good.

System crashes quite often, not that user friendly, not that great for auto renewals.

**Recommendations to others considering ClubReady:**

I do think club ready has a lot of potential and perhaps will become the leading system in the wellness and fitness industry. Their platform is pretty unique and their customer service is great. I would say as time goes by, the little things that are not that great right now (system crashing, not super user-friendly areas, complicated for clients to use and understand) will be fixed eventually as the company grows. If you're looking to use Club Ready through your gym or club app, is going to get a little messy at the beginning, specially for your clients. A lot of configuration and little details to pay attention to at the beginning. However, knowing that you have a chat support at most times of the day really does make a difference when you are facing any kind of issues. They are usually respectful (sometimes they sound/act like robots, but ya know, nothing is perfect) and pretty helpful. So, overall, I'd say right now club ready is on a 7/10 on my scale. Definitely a great model, but needs some work to fully shine,

The Team that was assigned to transfer us over from Zen planner are  very pleasent and knowledgeable.

**What do you dislike about ClubReady?**

It was the system we integrated from coming out of Zen Planner (Corporate Decision) . Printing basic list can be extremely frustrating and Time consuming. Also, It sets up differently, so prospects in the 21 day trial are not getting the member benefits they deserve because they dont show properly on the member report

ClubReady is so simple, straightforward, and CONVENIENT! Everything makes sense, and it is so visually easy to understand and learn. As soon as members swipe in, we see so much about the account right away; are they over due on payments? Is their credit card expiring soon? Do they have the membership with guest privileges? It’s just amazing. Highly recommend. 

**What do you dislike about ClubReady?**

I can’t honestly think of much I don’t like about ClubReady. Possibly the only think that isn’t so convenient is that yet doesn’t save the work you’re doing in someone’s account. You can’t open multiple tabs for the same person or even for other proper at the same time.. As soon as you go back to look for some other aspect of their account, you lose what you were just looking at/working on and have to go find it all over again.

We got ClubReady simply to try and get more of our clubs on the same computer system. It has been very helpful and easy to learn .

Communication with Prospects & Members can take place through through the program, and you are able to see previous communication. 

**What do you dislike about ClubReady?**

The program will often not work and have glitches (ex. you think texts are sending to prospects, but they are not), and it's very geared towards a PC user. Therefore, if you are having to export data, you cannot always access it or import it correctly.

They are very open to feedback and using it to improve their product. 

**What problems is ClubReady solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using it as POS, scheduling system, email marketing], task management and prospect communication. It is great to have all of this in one program and streamlines our business needs.

It has everything related to the gym’s business in one place. Texting, emailing, mass emailing, prospects, members, information, selling products, selling memberships, adjusting buttons and display, etc. 

**What do you dislike about ClubReady?**

I disklike that the system doesn’t automatically update dual accounts, it can’t figure out membership experiration dates unless manually changed. Also dislike that there are two different views of the member and prospect information. Very poor mobile view.

Keeps all of our gym revenue information, all of our prospects and members information, let’s me mass email, sell products and write up memberships. Basically everything goes through Clubready.

It is really organized, color coordinated, and easy to us! I love the ability to schedule people through calendar use, and ability to find them by name, phone number, etc. Very simple and great user interface!

Sometimes it can be a bit slow, but it is great other than this!

Unable to add members to group sessions once it has started. This is very frustrating if you have people that come late

I loved how organized and clean cut it looked. There was always help available on the online help desk and it was easy to train new employees. Colors were well coordinated too.

I didn't dislike clubready, I have used mindbody before too and clubready was simpler to use.

Scheduling and inputting information about our members became a lot easier.

The POS system was easy to use and process payments. Searching for client information was easily accessible through several different options of searching.

**What do you dislike about ClubReady?**

Club Ready had a lot of updates, which can be a good thing, but issues with CC payment processing before an update was a bit of a pain when you have customers waiting.

**Recommendations to others considering ClubReady:**

This software came with exceptional customer support which made things easy when it came to issues, updates and just general training of the system.
