On one occasion, I saw one flagged click happen in Puerto Rico when my campaign setting was for the USA. It has been a great experience to count on ClickGuard. That one campaign was cannibalizing the whole click budget unnecessarily. Considering that we were getting almost 5k bot clicks a day, ClickGAURD helped invalidate almost all of it. We tried the other fraud prevention tools and they could never invalidate the clicks to such an extent. Every block has a reasoning to it which you don't get to see with any other similar tool in the market. 95% of the fraud clicks that we received on our ads were now being invalidated and we weren't charged by Google for them. The tags on the blocks are really helpful, you set the rules yourself. There's another thing we liked a lot with ClickGAURD, it was the ability to track the clicks in real-time. Every single click could be tracked in real-time which no other tool offers. It's safe to say that ClickGAURD outperforms all of its competitors by a huge margin. **What do you dislike about ClickGUARD?** We never got reached out to after the boarding process, however, we were given a comprehensive 40-minute walkthrough on Google Hangout on how to block and perform actions which helped a lot and we were able to run the tool very well. We were also told that someone would research into our niche and come back with a plan to help stop the attack on our ads however once we got done with the boarding process, there were no reach outs. **What problems is ClickGUARD solving and how is that benefiting you?** Invalidating a lot more fraud clicks and haven't had to pay for them since we've been using ClickGUARD. Definitely helped big time in saving money and filtering out all the invalid clicks that seemed to go unnoticed even when we used all other fraud prevention tools that are in the markets right now. The attack on our ads didn't stop but the clicks being filtered still restored a sense of peace. All in all the benefits were a lot more than what we expected. ### 16. What I like most is the ability to detect and automatically add VPN IPs to the system for blocking. In most of the cases I have seen, the VPN is what competitors use to try and hide their activity. When you have campaigns only set to show in specific states and you get a lot of clicks from states outside your region, it is not to hard to spot the fraud. I block those right away, my campaign settings are set to not show to people outside of my location so, I am comfortable killing those IPs. **What problems is ClickGUARD solving and how is that benefiting you?** Catch Click Fraud right away and take action right away. ### 17. The number of clicks that clickguard gave as "protecetd" was always higher than the number of clicks that adwords invoiced, no reimbursement was ever made by google, but above all, the cost per conversion had no noticeable change. I would therefore say that, like Clickcease, which I tried for 6 months, even clickcease does not give any sensitive results. If the protection that is given for blocked IPs because they do not make conversions, or something else, the cost you pay for the service does not compensate for the "maybe" fraudulent clicks blocked. I checked with adwords support for some IP blocked by ClickGuard to verify if google billed or not, the clicks coming from the ip identified as fraudulent and blocked, as suspicious. Google has confirmed that they have not been billed. Conclusion the protection can only be done by setting some parameters on adwords such as filtering zones and rules for the times of clicks, for now nothing else seems to give results. I hope in the future these services will become functional in some way. **Recommendations to others considering ClickGUARD:** Try it for a while, but I don't think it will give results.
