**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben S. | Senior Systems Engineer / Infrastructure Architect, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

ClassLink is handsdown the best product to integrate any platform with Single Sign-On. Their cloud based management is perfect, the end user management console is easy to understand, and the underlining articture has been well thought out and implemented.

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

There is nothing bad I can say aount the product. The ClassLink support is excellent and the product is a requirement for K-12.

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClassLink is the single source to route all authentications from Google, Azure, Office 365, and every cloud based application back to our Active Directory infrastructure. With Classlink we have also been able to easly implement MFA.

 ### 2. One Login to Everything—ClassLink Saves Time Every Day

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah C. | Teacher, Education Management, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

ClassLink makes everything available and ready to use with just one login, saving time and the frustration of having to log into the 10+ platforms I use every day.

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

The only issue I have faced is if ClassLink is down, I do not have another way to log into some of the connected software programs.

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our school system has over 75 different online platforms that we use, and ClassLink allows one log in to be able to access all of those platforms.

 ### 3. Simplified Rostering with Quick Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mitchell P. | Director of Educational Technology, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

I've been using ClassLink now for 4 years, the first 3 being with Powerschool as our SIS and more recently with Gradelink. They make it very simple to import our roster information with a wide variety of SIS APIs and vendor APIs to choose from, and so far we've never found a service that wasn't supported by ClassLink. Once the SIS is set the sync happens automatically every night or manually, so in the event that we have a change in student enrollment or anything else we will always have the most current roster info.

They are quick to remind us about various deadlines and things we need to do in preparation for the next school year, and if we have any questions they are a quick email, call, or chat away. More recently with our move to Gradelink we had some issues with the roster data not getting imported correctly. ClassLink was able to hop on a shared Zoom call between us and Gradelink to resolve the issue live. They also explained what they did and how they did it as a way for us to take notes and remember what to do for next time.

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

Occasionally it might be difficult to get support right away at certain times of the day, particularly around August but I figured that is normal given how many of the schools typically start around that time. If you can't get a representative immediately, they will at least take down your info and email you later.

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClassLink helps take our current school roster information from our SIS and sends out that data to our various educational software vendors for student use. It also automatically configures login info so students can do SSO without memorizing numerous passwords. It saves us a lot of time in setup.

 ### 4. The Best Team - The Best Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carla D. | District Data Manager & System Integrator Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

ClassLink is by far the most user-friendly platform I have ever used. Everything is clearly documented and explained in a way that even first-time users can easily understand.

The support team is outstanding, I’ve never spoken to a tech support representative who wasn’t fully knowledgeable about my questions.

Working with ClassLink has even sparked my interest in the field of educational technology. It's truly been a game-changer for our district.

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

My only complaint about ClassLink? No annual goodie bag with those soft, colorful socks. They really set the bar high!”

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With ClassLink, we can easily manage and roster all of our digital platforms. We currently support over 90 applications for both teachers and students. Thanks to ClassLink, we’re able to offer single sign-on (SSO), eliminate the need for manual account creation, and access real-time user analytics. In less than a year, ClassLink has helped us establish a clear and efficient process for managing and implementing digital learning platforms

 ### 5. ClassLink is the most supportive LMS out there for school districts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Linh N. | Electronic Data Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

It is a very easy to use software. There are knowledge base articles on almost everything you want to do in ClassLink and many features that come out on a rolling basis. I really appreciate ClassLink's team, from our account manager to their help desk team - everyone does their best to get you the help you need. It makes rostering for school district a breeze - even when setting up hundreds of apps with different vendors.

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

There's nothing I dislike about ClassLink. Whenever I have an issue, they are always there to help me figure it out. There's never been a moment where their support team couldn't help me figure out why something wasn't working - they always give alternatives!

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes rostering for school district SO EASY. Once you get it set up, it's basically a nightly sync that runs between your SIS and ClassLink, and then another sync that happens between ClassLink and the various vendors. I can't imagine what rostering was like before ClassLink because they make it so simple to get data from one place to another. They also allow you to make transformations to your data within ClassLink which is great for specifying what data goes to which apps.

 ### 6. Everything is Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Forrest M. | IT Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

The first thing I would say is that the implementation process was amazing. Our specialist, Rodney, was one of the best people I have ever worked with, and he made the process so smooth and easy to understand.

As for the actual product all I can say is has made life so much easier with rostering online apps and getting a single sign on setup. I've also been very happy with the Quick Cards for our younger students to use for logging into Windows with. It's made life much simpler.

The support has also been very good with quick responses that are helpful and thorough.

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

The only issues I've had are with managing and manipulating the data from our SIS. It can be very complicated

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's simplified the process of rostering students in our online apps and saves us so much time. We also use their OneSync to create student accounts and that has reduced the time it takes to create them and reduces the amount of errors.

 ### 7. Best Solution for K-12 Schools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abby B. | System Solutions Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

There is nothing I dislike about ClassLink. Every product they offer is specifically designed with educators in mind, and are always creating new programs or adding new features when it is brought to their attention that changes are needed.

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

The only downside is having difficult vendors who don't want to work with ClassLink to create seamless integrations for rostering and SSO. The customer experience is the best I have every received, bar none, both in and out of education.

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClassLink solves many problems. First, my teachers no longer manage lists of student passwords. In fact, most of our platforms have SSO so they never need to know a username or password, adults and students included. They also do not limit the SSO options, we can configure SAML, Oath2, OpenID, Azure/AD, and Google. Second, it solves the issue of rostering students and staff to online platforms. I no longer have to generate CSV files and re-format for each vendor, and remember to update as students enroll/withdraw. ClassLink connects via SFTP or API to send our data to sites automatically, and I can control the schedule of the data syncs. Third, ClassLink added a new feature that allows us to issue Acceptable Use Policies to our users, and require signatures before accessing online content. We are able to run a report anytime to see who has and has not signed this agreement. These are just the top three that comes to mind, but there are SO many ways in which ClassLink has solved problems or enabled us to run our small district just as efficiently as the larger ones.

 ### 8. One of the best products we use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian S. | Application Support Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2025

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

It simplifies and automates so much of our work. From platform rostering. SSO, and provisioning our AD and Google accounts.

Setup of the product is intuitive and support will help you in any way you need.

We use ClassLink products every day in our district.

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

Can't really say there is anything I dislike

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting teachers and students into our digital resource platforms could not be simpler with ClassLink Roster Server. It is very set and forget.
The power of OneSYnc to provision all of our AD and Google accounts frees up so much time for our engineers.
Launchpad provides a one stop site for all our staff and students to access their resources, taking advantage of SSO so no more remembering different passwords.

 ### 9. A Seamless Experience: A Review of ClassLink in Our School System

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wendy L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

ClassLink's SSO dashboard, LaunchPad, is a game-changer for both students and staff. Instead of managing a multitude of usernames and passwords, we now have a single, easy-to-navigate portal for all of our digital resources. For our youngest learners, the ability to use QuickCards has made technology access fun and accessible, empowering them to start learning immediately without frustration. For teachers, the platform is intuitive, allowing them to quickly find and launch the apps they need, saving precious instructional time.
The rostering of students and staff has been a historically time-consuming and often inaccurate process, but with ClassLink's Roster Server it securely connects to our Student Information System (SIS), and automatically syncs our class rosters to all of our integrated educational applications.
While the technology itself is great, another strength of our partnership with ClassLink lies in the support we receive from our engagement managers. They've been far more than just a help desk; they are a collaborative extension of our team. Our engagement manager has provided expert guidance from the initial implementation to ongoing training and problem-solving.

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

While most software setups hae worked seamlessly, there have been a couple of times where we have run into issues. But, they have been resolved with a little addtional assistance.

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform is intuitive, allowing students and staff to quickly find and launch the apps they need, saving precious instructional time.

 ### 10. Automation at its finest!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

The OneSync component is essential for our operations because it automates system data transfer. Our primary data source is the Student Information System, PowerSchool, which helps us manage student information efficiently. With OneSync, we can easily set up student accounts using Active Directory.

We have also implemented many Active Directory group assignments, which help organize students into the right groups without hassle. One of the key features of OneSync is its ability to create secure SFTP exports for data transfers. We can take our existing data, apply specific processing rules, and automatically update and share this information with other systems.

We have been using this every time a new automation is brought up in our conversations. The Classlink documentation library and its academy provide enough information to become a pro at using it. And if you can't figure it out, their support team is fantastic and knowledgeable.

This setup offers a reliable solution, and we value its strong automation features that enhance our workflow and data management processes.

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

Nothing to be honest. They keep adding multiple different components. Just this summer they added OneData, ThreatScan and AppTrack.

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have students whose IDs need access to the elevator or special rooms. Within our SIS, we were able to take the data and send it to Classlink, and then, within Classlink, we could take that group of students and add them to the Active Directory security group so their ID would be granted access. All this is done through the magic of OneSync, cutting down on multiple manual work steps.

 ### 11. Classlink is a game changer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

The most helpful aspect of Classlink is the ability to roster digital resources that our district subscribes to for one click access for our staff and students to login to them. We are able to assign them based on their grade, building or even course they are scheduled for as it synchs with our SIS. The majority of our teachers and students use it on a daily basis. It is more frequently used in grades K-8 than grades 9-12. However, more digital resources are requiring access through the Classlink Launchpad so grades 9-12 are using it more each year.

Also, having a launchpad where we can push out apps (links) to resources and information. I like to describe it as the window into our instructional technology resources.

Their support is top notch. From day one I have gotten responses within 24 hours or less of submitting a ticket. In emergencies, I have also called and gotten immediate help.

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

I truly cannot think of a downside. We have only had positive experiences in our use of it.

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to have the digital resource apps students and staff use available on the Launchpad so they do not need to remember urls or bookmark them. They are all in one visually please place. Also, students not having to remember logins and passwords for the resources.

For our older students it also helps us manage their passwords. They can reset them within Classlink and set up security questions if they forget their passwords. The teachers can also manage resetting student passwords. This saves alot of phone calls to our office.

 ### 12. ClassLink is the BEST SSO and rostering solution out there!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike P. | Technical Support Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

After the initial setup of everything, this all runs so smooth. We've also just implemented OneSync this year which is going to help automate our account creation for AD once and for all. It's amazing how one program can do soooo much for a school district.

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

I'm not sure there are any downsides to using the program. The amount of self training modules and helpdesk articles you can find, you can fix almost anything on your own after the initial training.

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Again, with OneSync we can now automate our account creation through AD which we previously did not have the ability to do with the SMS the district uses.

 ### 13. Interoperability And Versatility at Its Best!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

Our district manages over 80 applications through Classlink, and the platform’s exceptional configurability and versatility allow us to accommodate the multitude of rostering variations that come with each application. Whether you're dealing with complex data structures or unique integration requirements, Classlink provides an almost endless array of customizable options to transform and manage data based on your technical capabilities.

One of the most impressive aspects of Classlink is its commitment to continuous improvement. The team actively listens to customer feedback and consistently enhances the platform to meet evolving needs. This responsiveness has made a tangible difference in our day-to-day operations.

Having used multiple other platforms in the past, I can confidently recommend Classlink to any district seeking a robust, user-focused solution for application interoperability and data management.

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

Nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining Single Sign On, data integrations, and user access to applications in a single platform.

 ### 14. Classlink simplifies what can be a complicated rostering process.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francisco A. | Jr. Programmer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

As the title says, Classlink has simplified much of our application rostering. It is a powerful tool that allows that even allows us to transform data to suit a vendor's requirements without a complicated export process that involves creating in-house automation procedures. Creating sharing rules that can be attached to multiple applications within roster server is also a plus in my book.

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

This is not really a complaint, but there are a lot of parts of Classlink that we have not been able to explore. It can feel a little overwhelming, but there's plenty of resources that can help one get started, it just takes time to understand and integrate the features that work for your district in a meaningful and practical manner.
Classlink is great, though.

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's widely supported by a lot of vendors, and it makes rostering education applications a breeze.

 ### 15. ClassLink

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anthony M. | Director of Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

I like having all apps in one place and being able to set up SSO for all those apps. I also like the ease of use, setting up and provisioning. Their support has been great and they get back really quickly. The integration of all apps is easy to begin. Our staff and students use it everyday to access all apps provided.

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

The only thing I do not like is getting new staff in to the system before school starts.

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were having to roster each app individually and Claalink has helped make that very easy and more hands off.

 ### 16. Classlink is a huge asset to any school system.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

Classlink houses all programs under one login, which is very convenient for students and teachers. Students and staff are rostered in automatically; therefore, changes are automatic. A huge majority of the programs that our school system uses are abled to be integrated with and rostered through Classlink. Classlink helpdesk is always quick and efficient when assisting with troubleshooting. I have no complaints at all with Classlink - it is a HUGE asset!!! It is use on a daily basis by students and teachers. The ease of rostering a new program makes my job much easier!!

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

Nothing - Classlink is wonderful and I have no issues with the program at all.

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easily integrate programs in our schools through the ease of rostering instead of students and staff having to keep up with several passwords.

 ### 17. Amazing, Fun, and Helpful

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

ClassLinks SSO, combined with automated rostering and account management, streamlines digital access for both students and staff. Young learners can simply scan a QR code to log in on their devices, eliminating the need for teachers to manually assist with logins. This allows educators to spend more time on quality instruction instead of handling tech setups. Their customer service is exceptional—quick, responsive, and highly efficient. Switching to ClassLink in the district has been a game-changer, providing outstanding support for both our students and staff.

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

I have not found anything to dislike about ClassLink. All my experiences have been positive.

Classlink is constantly making improvements to their products and adding new ones to help us with efficiency and data security.

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

I don't have any downsides to using Classlink.

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Classlink rostering helps us efficiently and safely share data to vendors, allowing us to create our own rules and permissions for our data. OneSync is automatically creating our student Google accounts and Active Directory accounts, as well as suspending those when students enrollments end, saving me time and keeping our accounts up to date in a timely manner.

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

What I like best about ClassLink is that the help desk is ALWAYS nice and very knowledgeable. **What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

I wish I could think of something, but I can't.

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Classlink solves our problems of multiple logins and having to hand roster platforms ourselves.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

Whether you are in a huge district with thousands of kids and resources to manage, or like me in a small district spread too thin and wearing too many hats, ClassLink is the key to rostering textbooks and other resources to students. Without it, I was constantly having to enroll each new student with each textbook company. Now I add the textbook to ClassLink, assign it to different courses, and let ClassLink do its magic. And when I can't figure it out, their representatives are amazing to work with!!

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

Each textbook company has a different path to getting their materials rostered on ClassLink.

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Textbook rostering-saves me time .

I wanted more in person training as someone taking over as TA, but I will be getting that this year

I love how user friendly everything is in ClassLink. Support is top notch! You never have to worry someone is always there to help you no matter the issue. Integrates easily with most platforms. Implementing is breeze with the implementation team!

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

I don't know that I have any dislikes. I have been satisfied with everything ClassLink.

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving Analytics, Single Sign On, Fostering, and Account creation.

 ### 27. Great experiance from set up to growing in following years.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris A. | Director of Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

The simplicity and flexability are top notch. It allows customistation and easy implimentation of apps, and allows us to easily integrate these items into the Launchpad for our use. Customer support has also been good.

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

There is not much were I would not recommend, as for me, it is slightly confusing interacting between support teams.

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is assisting in account creation and allowing us to push connections directly to students and staff, by giving them a direct link to what we support along with the correct links. If anything needs to get updated, it is easy to do so enmasse.

 ### 28. My favorite Ed-tech solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

ClassLink has made my life as an instructional technology coordinator so much easier! It makes it so much easier for teachers and students to access the platforms and resources they need. It’s all in ClassLink. The most helpful aspects of ClassLink are its RosterServer and OneSync modules. Automating rostering and account creation is a huge benefit and time saver!

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

In my district, there really are no negatives to using ClassLink! We love it!

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rostering student data for multiple platforms is tedious and time consuming. ClassLink makes that process so much easier!

 ### 29. Tremendous Asset to our School

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chet R. | IT Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

Classlink has been incredibly helpful for our school community. The time spent configuring it has paid off exponentially with rostering our curriculum. It helps small ones log in with Q-cards and make onboarding easier and more secure for all of our teachers and students. It is a daily part of school life now. Support is always there when you need it. It is loaded with features for usage and analytics.

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

The initial setup with app and curriculum providers is not difficult but time consuming.

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rostering and SSO

 ### 30. Classlink saves me hundreds of hours

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amber M. | Director of Special Programs, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2025

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

Our district implemented ClassLink four years ago. No more resetting student passwords or manually rostering students! ClassLink has saved me hundreds (maybe thousands) of hours!

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

The implementation process was quite a bit of work, but it was definitely worth it.

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manual rostering (especially new students throughout the school year).

 ### 31. Easy To Use Program

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karina C. | Onboarding Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2025

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

I like how it is very easy to navigate. There is always a lot of videos & photos to go along with all of the trainings.

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

The "To-Do" list is what I find intimidates a lot of our students.

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClassLink is allowing us to see what our students are seeing & it helps us better help them navigate the portal.

 ### 32. No Tears SSO solution!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Becky M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

Not only is ClassLink an SSO it does all the rostering for programs as well. I used to spend days rostering for our district and now it’s done in my sleep!

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

Skyward and ClassLink don’t jive well on active and inactive staff but the engineers help me create a preprocessor for this.

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rostering and the use of kids remembering passwords! No need for that!

 ### 33. Absolute Necessity for our District

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John H. | Software Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

Allowing students to quickly access their work and textbooks.

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

I really do not think there are any negative things about ClassLink.

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing single sign on for our students reduces the amount of incorrect passwords that are entered. It allows us to put all of the students' classroom needs in one place.

 ### 34. Best Customer Service!!!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joette R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

Efficient and friendly customer service.

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

There is nothing to dislike about ClassLink.

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClassLink solves our single sign on and account creation process with rostering. These processes help students maximize their instructional time, and teachers do not need to worry about having to manually create any accounts for digital resources.

 ### 35. ClassLink is a free rostering tool for school districts and it should be solving your SSO needs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle H. | Tech Support and Software QA, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2022

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

ClassLink is free, which is a huge perk, but most of all their support team is extremely helpful. Overall, they're top of the list if you need a rostering service for your school district.

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

App partners cannot impersonate users in order to help troubleshoot rostering issues. This should be changed, as other competitors such as Clever offer this. No other complaints other than that.

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rostering and offering SSO to our users helps getting them logged in and also drives usage.

 ### 36. Promotes certain chrome/microsoft edge extensions that shouldn’t be trusted.

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2022

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

The ease of an in app browser (on mobile)

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

The trackers that ClassLink tries to enforce on your personal devices when you login anywhere besides your school devices. The chrom/ Microsoft edge extensions are there for students to be able to sign in once on any of the applications added to ClassLink. Looking deeper into them they do much more than just tracking logins, the extensions permissions on chrome are as follows: Ability to view history, ability to view public profiles, ability to access cookies. These are all an invasion of privacy and f there is no excuse to why they promote this on personal devices.

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClassLink is a great SSO for students and teachers to use, the website and app booth provide enough resources to comfortably browse any applications the district has added.

 ### 37. ClassLink is Awesome!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2022

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

ClassLink has simplified provisioning new users for all of our educational programs. The analytics and reporting provide insights to our administrators on what applications are being underutilized and what students are regularly accessing which applications to complete their work!

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

Honestly, the ClassLink support is very responsive and most of the issues we have had are already resolved. I think the two biggest improvements I would like to see would be: 1) the ability to add temporary teachers to classes through ClassLink without going through our SIS. And 2) the ability to create simple custom names for classes separate from what they are named in our SIS.

**Recommendations to others considering ClassLink:**

ClassLink has been really good for our district. I would recommend ClassLink as their support and customer care have been top-notch. Implementation does take a little bit of work and so I would recommend starting the implementation process during the summer so that everyone involved on the school's side can focus on the project. We started deployment during the school year and that slowed our implementation timetable significantly.

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Single Sign-On has been fantastic for our students! Syncing our applications with our SIS has simplified keeping up with enrollments and withdrawals. ClassLink also provides a QR card login option that has really helped our PK-2nd Grade and Special Ed teachers keep up with student login information.

 ### 38. Co-founder

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dori J. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2022

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

ClassLink has a stellar partner support team that actively engages with us. We are finding that our districts increasingly use ClassLink for greater security.

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

We have had nothing but positive experiences with the company.

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClassLink representatives always respond when issues arise at the school district level, with their integrations. We are better able to serve districts' needs.

 ### 39. Best SSO I've ever used in education

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sharon B. | Music Specialist - Heritage Elementary, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2022

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

I appreciate ClassLink's user LaunchPad (dashboard) because I can customize it with apps and resources I need on hand. May other SSOs do not allow you to customize your "dashboard" to your preferences. I can also edit my class names that are auto-generated from PowerSchool. I teach 19 separate classes and I need to organize my classes by homeroom name to keep them straight. I could not do this with other SSOs. Another really neat feature with this SSO is that you can see logins daily from each student and how often they are using the apps associated with my class.

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

I do not have any suggestions for improvement at this time.
All of our requests at the district level have been honored.

**Recommendations to others considering ClassLink:**

Classlink offers a SECURE option for students and teachers to log in once and have access to apps and resources used daily in the classroom.

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to see login information on my students, which is something I was not able to do with another SSO. Time is not wasted logging in to different programs or apps throughout the day, it's all on my LaunchPad, ready to go with a click!

 ### 40. One Stop Shop Link

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica S. | Teacher, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2021

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

ClassLink is a Single Sign On (SSO) for students and staff. All links that utilize the same SSO can be added as "apps" docked within the homepage of your unique Classlink site.

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

We have had several issues within our district using this platform with certain software. Because a sync is required, often students and staff cannot have immediate access to items that are needed (ie: when a new class starts or a new student arrives).

**Recommendations to others considering ClassLink:**

Consider whether or not the other apps/software you are using are going to sync well and play nice with ClassLink. Consider whether you have a large enough IT department to assist with an item that EVERY user will need help with. Consider whether or not having a SSO for students is necessary.

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClassLink allows students to not have to remember a ton of different links or access things from multiple places. It also allows students to have all items stored in a hub.

 ### 41. Great hub for all available software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa H. | Middle school English teacher , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2022

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

This is a great place for all available apps with one common login needed.

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

The link to the site isn’t always correct and students need to search for the correct site.

**Recommendations to others considering ClassLink:**

Great for everything in one place!

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is great since students no longer need to
Memorize logins and passwords for each individual program.

 ### 42. ClassLink for Educators

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelli G. | Instructional Technology Coach, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2022

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

Having all of the websites my teachers and students use in one place with no need to have external passwords for each site.

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

I would be great if teachers could add external links to their classes a little easier.

**Recommendations to others considering ClassLink:**

Make sure to train users before the initial roll out.

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SSO for teachers and students. This helps our younger students with not having to remember all of their passwords for all of the sites they use in their classroom.

 ### 43. Distance learning is not a problem.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** gustav o. | Student Support, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2022

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

I like it because it is a practical system to use with a very attractive interface, plus all the functions it proviI have no complaints about this beautiful software, it is excellent.des to the user makes it a fully functional system for any educational complex.

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

I have no complaints or inconveniences with this beautiful software; it is excellent.

**Recommendations to others considering ClassLink:**

There are times when the support takes a long time to respond.

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had the need to get an easy and simple to use software, with classlink already in our hands we have achieved incredible results and as a result our students use the software without any problem and understand it perfectly.

 ### 44. Teachers rejoice!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamel W. | Professional Educator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2021

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

Classlink is a one stop shop for any important apps we need to conduct our school day from classroom resources to secretarial tasks to class maintenance. Having every app in one spot is a welcome time saver!

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

The only nitpick i see is that you occasionally have to resign into apps within classlink. I hope this is fixed so any app you log into through classlink stays open without the need to reinsert any usernames/passwords.

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I conduct all of my day to day classroom tasks through Classlink. I log student attendance, input grades, absences. I reach out to parents for daily student performance and conferences. I create and push out assignments for the students to complete online as well. Having all my resources within one app makes planning my weeks a lot easier.

 ### 45. ClassLink keeps teachers and students organized in the classroom and beyond.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley M. | I, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2021

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

My favorite thing about ClassLink is the Launchpad feature. I have it set as my homepage so that I only have to log in to one platform. All of the programs I use daily are there with my passwords saved for quick access.

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

I do not dislike anything about ClassLink, but I do think there are features that my district does not utilize that I don't know about yet.

**Recommendations to others considering ClassLink:**

ClassLink is great for all ages of students. Modifications are in place to help younger learners feel like big kids as they navigate the platform.

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love that my high school students don't have to remember numerous passwords for programs that I need them to use regularly. Our youngest kindergarteners can use the program just as well as our high schoolers with QR codes to assist them with logging in.

 ### 46. One Stop Shop

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2021

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

Classlink provides everything I need for a whole day in one place.

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

ClassLink is very helpful if users create a bookmark or set a rule for it to open with each new browser window. Otherwise, it can be difficult to locate and utilize.

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can streamline everything for students through ClassLink. The first step for all instructions can be "Go to Classlink."

 ### 47. One-stop-shop for accessing the wealth of instructional tools into which my district has invested.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2019

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

I like that ClassLink offers provides a user-friendly interface through which I can access district applications and software. Students also have access to the same platform to access tools for education. Classlink provides a one-stop-shop for teachers to access the wealth of tools into which the district has invested to support student education and success.

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

As far as I know, I am unable to arrange the icons so that I can prioritize frequently-used applications/tools. In addition, my school district maintains at least some control over the user-interface and sometimes makes changes to the layout that can be confusing to the require and require some time to get used to.

**Recommendations to others considering ClassLink:**

ClassLink provides a user-friendly interface that provides access to company software and tools. Instead of having to look in several different places for links to software, I can access them all by simply logging into ClassLink. The best part about ClassLink is that once signed in, you will automatically be signed into any software accessed via ClassLink. Occasionally, the login credentials do not carry over, but the seamless login works 99% of the time. It's a time-saver and prevents the user from having to repeatedly log in to various platforms. This is convenient and adds an additional layer of privacy since there may be others who can see your keystrokes when you are typing your credentials.

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Students have a centralized platform to access educational tools. I use the same platform, so providing instructions for access is easy and simple. In my district, Classlink is where all the educational programs and instructional tools are housed for teachers. It provides a great way for teachers to access these instructional tools in one place. Until I became aware of Classlink, I had no idea just how much my district invested into these tools to support instruction and student education.

 ### 48. Excellent Management Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessie W. | Teacher, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2019

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

ClassLink is perfect for use in managing multiple educational site profiles. It allows you to easily log in to any account without having to remember many different passwords, or the delay of signing in to each service you use.

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

The difficulty of resetting passwords in every separate account when an organization password does have to be changed.

**Recommendations to others considering ClassLink:**

Great product, very useful for those with many accounts that you need to switch between for work.

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time is saved during sign in. Also needed tools can all be found in one location for both students and teachers. This prevents having to search up needed sites and try to recall old passwords for each site you might use in one day.

 ### 49. Easy access and log in to frequently used apps.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah H. | Teacher, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2018

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

I like that all of my apps are accessible and log in with a simple click.

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

There is nothing that I dislike about this program.

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can log in to several apps with easy access since passwords are saved. I can add the apps and websites that I most frequently use with ease.

 ### 50. Class Link

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2018

**What do you like best about ClassLink?**

Class Link allows students to sign in using one user name and password, and then all of the other accounts are linked through out. This means that instead of remembering potentially a dozen (or even more!) unique user names and passwords, they just have to remember this one.

**What do you dislike about ClassLink?**

The student' other accounts must be linked to it ahead of time, and students must sign in to each one just once. However, this is easy enough to do just once.

**Recommendations to others considering ClassLink:**

Use if you have students or customers who have a lot of usernames and/or passwords to remember.

**What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of having to remember many different user names and passwords, they just have to remember this one. It saves time and frustration of forgetting.
