There are so many similar communications solutions out there, so working easily without the need for advanced technical expertise makes Chanty a favorite software choice for our work groups. The smoothness and sharp high definition quality of the video are much better than some of the other similar apps I've used at other companies in the past. It's also better than the standard voice calling apps that I have on my phone. **What do you dislike about Chanty?** With our business plan, we can add an unlimited number of users, but as the amount of users gets really high, it can sometimes make the conversations more cluttered and confusing within the voice calls and chat. So the value of upgrading from the 10 person limit plan to unlimited is not that high considering the awkwardness that can occur with high volume user calls. **Recommendations to others considering Chanty:** I think most productive work groups these days will use an online calling solution with extended features like chatting and file sharing, so Chanty should definitely be in the mix for the software to use for that. **What problems is Chanty solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to have more productive meetings more often by using Chanty. We can get more people involved and instantly distribute a wide range of information and resources all in one platform that is easy to access.
