This has improved transparency, reduced errors, and sped up decision-making across our team. ### 2. Overall, the website looks nice and is pretty easy to navigate. It's absolutely vital for our draw and inspection teams. **What do you dislike about Built?** Often, I find the support team to be a bit slow, with problems that come up typically taking about a week to receive a meaningful response. Like all tech companies, which Built is at its core, development teams face occasional layoffs, the most recent of which affected new products that were in the process of being implemented. We've run into times when unfinished products that I would barely think of as out of alpha testing were pushed to go live in a capacity that cost users money, despite being unfinished. Features I was expected to use daily were often sluggish, nearly impossible to use, or were unpolished to a fault, resulting in an awfule user experience. Over the course of a year, the product was slowly improved until it has reached a state that I'd find acceptable as a beta test, but it's still a release product. Even now, those features have had most of their development resources redirected to other projects, and several of our early concerns haven't been implemented, with some being clearly indicated as not important to Built's upper management, despite the importance to us as a customer. I often find that our liason with Built seems to not communicate our concerns as well, preferring to talk directly with Built staff that are closer tied to the development of products themselves, as talking with our expected primary contact rarely seems to reach the development team's ears. Overall, Built faces the downsides of most tech companies, with upper management that seems detached from customer needs and wants, a clear lack of support for their development staff, and a focus on looking pretty, even at the cost of user experience. It also struggles from a lack of proper client support with poor communication from support and client success staff. **What problems is Built solving and how is that benefiting you?** For me personally, Built provides a one-stop-shop more than a direct benefit. Effectively, for my role, I sacrifice efficiency to use Built, but it saves time in a few minor places down the line because much of my work is contained in Built rather than email. ### 3. All the employees are amazing to work with. The company really strives on making sure that the entire process, implentation and beyond is taylored to your needs. **What do you dislike about Built?** I don't think I have found anything that I dislike about Built yet! They amaze me everyday with new things. **What problems is Built solving and how is that benefiting you?** Built makes the inspection/draw process very efficent and easy to manage, allowing us to have very quick turn times. The interface is clean and not overly confusing. Draw and inspection requests are so simple. I use this program daily and it's freed up a tremendous amount of time. I have no complaints from builders or inspectors. the new portfolio tab has been a HUGE help in our day to day. The support team is incredible and always super fast to respond. **What do you dislike about Built?** I dislike that you can't open some things in new tabs and activating pending loans is a little clunky when doing multiple in a row. **What problems is Built solving and how is that benefiting you?** Builders can request their own inspections and draws and that has freed up a tremendous amount of time. It is effective, easy to use, and fun. It handles all the tasks that would otherwise take hours per day to manage and maintain. I use built daily! **What do you dislike about Built?** At times, I have trouble acclimating my customers who are less of the software-minded individuals. Customer support is excellent. **What do you dislike about Built?** There are some features that were introduced in BUILT in the last 18 months that as a small creditor we just don't utilize. But no real dislikes. **What problems is Built solving and how is that benefiting you?** The speed and efficiency of getting the inspection information from the field inspectors same and so we can turn our builder draws within hours has made us a #1 provider of construction/permanent loans in our area. ### 9. We can release documents and easily keep track of who signs.
