Fairly easy to use and has the features that you need.

Bonzo is the worst CRM platform I have used.  I have used Bonzo for over 3 years and have been extremely patient but you will get to a breaking point.  The customer service has disappeared.  I am writing this review now because, They keep charging me even after I cancelled and will not refund any portion of the overpayment.  Terrible experience.  Buyer beware!

**What do you like best about bonzo?**

I like the automations with ARIVE and MMI. It makes our lives so much easier. I also like how we can send media such as photos and videos to our prospects, and the drip campaigns, I like how Bonzo has ready-made templates especially for beginners like me, it's pretty user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about bonzo?**

I think the Analytics tab still needs to improve, I'm not sure if it's accurate. Also, if Bonzo can add more automations, the better. Also, uploading videos from computer fails, as well as the pre-recorded voice mails, but Bonzo says it works fine, but it doesn't on our end so I don't know what to do with that. CSR always refers to the dev team which delays the resolution.

**What problems is bonzo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like how we no longer have to nurture our leads manually. Bonzo drip campaign can do it for us. Also, since Bonzo integrates with ARIVE, it helps us make sure both ARIVE and Bonzo pipelines are updated. I really like the technology Bonzo offers.

**What do you like best about bonzo?**

What I like best about Bonzo is it's always adapting. The company is always looking to improve the product. While nothing will ever be perfect, all we can ask is that the platform never gets comfortable or dormant. The mortgage industry is always changing and evolving and we need our CRM to do the same. I feel like the ease of use is great. So far the customer support has been excellent for us. The more people that join the platform, the more employees they higher and the better support we all get.

**What do you dislike about bonzo?**

This is my personal problem, but I feel like there's SO many nuances about the system that I don't know yet. It's a lot to take in, but I know the benefit will be that is actually had a lot of great features that I need to understand.

**What problems is bonzo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is a bunch of different ways to communicate with the client. I think that's extremely beneficial in today's world.

**What do you like best about bonzo?**

As someone newer to the industry, Bonzo provides so many tools all under one roof that allows me to communicate to my clients and partners seemlessly. The ease of use and custimitzation of the internal systems has enabled me to constantly refine my processes for before, during and after the transaction. This ultimately makes it easier to stay top of mind with everyone through different channels of communication such as text, call, voicemail, and video! It's so easy to implement and the CRM intergrates well with other third party apps such as my LOS. Whenever I have a question about how to set up something the customer support not only tells you but shows you the steps with a "How To" video. I am always on the go and one thing that I wanted with my CRM is a mobile app feature. Never missing a call or text from a client or partner. Lets not forget about their FB community where you can learn best practices from other Bonzo users. Ease of use, mobile friendly, and them constanty improving and adding more features is what I love most about the Bonzo platform.-- They say when you first start out to find a CRM that you frequently use and this is it!

None, Bonzo listsens to its users on what they need or woluld like to improve and is constantly getting better!

Bonzo is a powerful CRM that has multiple features that enables me to communicate with my clients and partners and lets me focus on the actions that matter in my business.

**What do you like best about bonzo?**

I love how easy it is to set up the pipelines, campaigns, and landing pages. Once all are set up, it's pretty much plug-and-play once a buyer or agent completes the landing page questions. Easy to communicate with the buyer/agent via email and text within the CRM. I do recommend Bonzo as a great communication tool.

**What do you dislike about bonzo?**

It's six months since I've had the service and my verification still hasn't been completed. My text messages are going out but not MMS or any attached pics/gifs with SMS. I paid to have a lending pad setup which has been done yet. For the mortgage side of things, Bonzo should add a POS or a custom landing page we can use as an application.

**What problems is bonzo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its solving the quick communication with the buyers once they complete a landing page or is added to the pipeline.

**What do you like best about bonzo?**

Bonzo is the all you can eat platform and what I mean by that is that it offers phone, text, video and email capabilities all in one platform. I made the switch from Jungo which was a bit too much for my taste. It is also nice that Bonzo intergrates with my POS/LOS system to pull data directly into Bonzo. The system also makes it easy to create new campaigns, pipeline views and has an AD manager as well. The price of all this is really reasonable and I think Bonzo should be on the top of the list when looking for a CRM. They are always listening and trying to improve the platform.

**What do you dislike about bonzo?**

I think support sometimes takes a while to respond or get answer. I do feel like some of the extra features should just be features that come with the monthly rate you are paying (for example pipelines). For users who are looking for a plug and play type CRM, they do have some pre-built campaigns but for the most part you will need to create your own or hire the bonzo team or an outside source.

**What problems is bonzo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have any specific problems but I do know they are always trying to improve and tweak things based on user feedback.

**What do you like best about bonzo?**

What I like best about Bonzo is they have real humans that provide real customer service.  These other platforms get so caught up in being a 'technology company' they are that they forget that real human beings are trying to use/learn their software on the other side.  The staff at Bonzo are super friendly and respond fast too.

The best analogy I can make when comparing Bonzo to my past CRM is the comparison one would make between and iPhone and an Android phone.  Both are great and very capable machines.  One could argue when you list out the stats side by side on both that the Android is a more powerful machine; however, in order to unleash its full potential you need to be fairly techy to do it.  The iPhone on the other hand may not be as statiscatlly powerful, but it is 100 times easier to use for everyone.  This is how I view Bonzo, being like the iPhone.  It is so easy to entegrate with other software platforms and and i find myself using it much more frequently han my past CRMs because it's just so much easier to use.

**What do you dislike about bonzo?**

I can't add more contacts on a deal in a pipeline. -   I like to have not only the borrowers, but the realtors, the transaction coordinators, title officer, and settlement agent all on the deal so that my updates hit everyone when we move to a new stage, not only the borrowers and realtors.  We get asked for updates by everyone constantly throughout the process and it would save a ton of time.  This is the only thing my past CRM had that was an advantage.

**What problems is bonzo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's just easier to use all around.  I can send images with my texts, creating campaigns is really easy, and if I have a question I am not shoved to an immense video library that takes hours to sift through for an answer.

**What do you like best about bonzo?**

After several false starts with other CRMs, Bonzo is the one that stuck with me because it was easy to understand and extremely intuitive.   Bonzo has the most powerful communications tools that allow me to email, text, leave voicemails and send videos as well as strong interaction and tracking tools to continue ongoing conversations with my clients, prospects and past, present and future sphere.

Bonzo may not be perfect, no CRM that i've tried is, however, the team is eager to listen and understand our needs and has added and modified things within Bonzo to fit our needs, or help come up with workarounds that accomplish what we needed in the first place.   This does not happen over night but very grateful they will  take the time to find solutions that mutually benefit everyone involved.

**What do you dislike about bonzo?**

Some of the naming conventions they have used didn't make sense to me.   ex: What they call a "Landing Page" is really more of a "form" functionality (historically I've kown "Landing Pages" to be a single page or first page of a website) so that was a little confusing at first but once I got used to it, all was fine and the functionality worked well for my business needs.

**What problems is bonzo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One stop shop for all my communication needs.  Prior to Bonzo I was using 4-5 different programs to accomplish what Bonzo does in one sitting.   it's a big time saver.

**What do you like best about bonzo?**

With our industry constricting many bank and brokers have limited or done away with a central admin to monitor and orchestrate CRMs.  Bonzo has helped to fill the void.  They bring in social, video, email, text and even dialing functions to make it easy for you to customize features, implement with ease and even have office hours, 2 times/week to help support the loan officer with ease. This isn't a dislike with the dialer had functionality that more mirrored that of Phoneburner.  I also wish the text threads could be received with all parties involved.

Bonzo allowed me to cut cost and complications by bringing most of what I need from software into one program (saving me hours trying to figure out who to call for support when the tech stack wasn't integrating). They also spend so much time and effort improving the program and adding new things as loan officer needs evolve

The mobile app isn't great but it's getting better and they are still working on it

The service was not usable because I cancelled my service after 2 months of not having an activated number to use

**What do you dislike about bonzo?**

Unfortunately, I share the same sentiment as the other reviewers on here and many other review websites. 

Customer service is toxic and useless. I had signed up with the intention to start using the product within a reasonable timeframe. Once I paid and went through the profile setup, a small disclaimer appeared that said it will take 4-6 weeks or longer to get your phone number activated for use.

I had found out that countless new users were waiting even longer than this. I immediately reached out to customer service within days of signing up and requested clarification.  They confirmed the extended time frames and said I must pay the monthly subscription fee regardless of their product not being usable and refused my request for a refund. They were very unapologetic and had the audacity to ask me to prove that I got another company to get me activated the same day. 

I had signed up with another provider that has the same technology/features and had a phone number before the end of day. I have also investigated all their competitors, and all provide a working number on the same day.

I contacted Twilio who provides the phone service for Bonzo, and they quoted their KYC (Know Your Customer) that says, "With our advanced vetting process with industry leading accuracy rates, Twilio promises to authorize customers within 72 hours of submitting their profile."

I think Bonzo needs serious accountability. I find their business practices questionable at best and would NOT RECOMMEND anyone investing their valuable time and money into them.

It's modern and current for reaching clients with relavent content.  It has all the features I was looking for in a CRM.

It's a cumbersome onboarding process.  There hasn't been enough focus on organizing, preparing & bulk uploading to the People section in the Onboarding trainings.  They seem to get lost in cooler, higher level features.

The best thing about bonzo is the mobile app. I am able to keep in touch with clients in real time. Email and text messages feature is awesome.

Bonzo is helping with being able to mass text, and mass email quickly. I can also drop video into messages very easily as well. I can personalize the messages so it does not feel like mass communication to the receipient either

I  did not ever receive the full onboarding.

Bonzo is easy to navigate and super easy to implement from another CRM.  I signed up for the 'extra help' for a few months and it's worth the money.  All of my questions are being answered, I have had 4 one on one calls in just 45 days to teach me the ins and outs.  I feel comfortable, just after 45 days, using Bonzo in my every day use.

As anything it takes a while to adapt to the new visuality of a new platform. It takes time to build out the features you may need to tailor to your business structure.

Our older CRM was bought out and we needed a new CRM that could connect with all of our other tech resources, BONZO is solving our problem and fullfilling our CRM needs.

I think is quite pricy, but totally worth it. I believe if I've been using since I opened my company, our volume would be much higher.

help me to keep in front of my clients and realtors. It is always texting, emailing, and sending ringless voice messages to everyone. And the tasks, when set up properly, remind me of what I should do. It is absolutely helpful.

The technology is current, more so than other CRM providers.  Can do more automated tasks, messages, etc.  Also fairly easy to customize campaigns, messages, etc.

**What do you dislike about bonzo?**

Customer service coud be a bit better, have had instances that took longer than I would have liked to get resolved.  --  Lots of features to get the most out of the system to customize, train, etc are at an additional cost.  Can add up quickly.

Helps with consistent client communication, marketing, and follow-up.

nothing. I did not like this platform...

**What do you dislike about bonzo?**

The platform is not as easy to use as they promote. I watched the tutorial vidoes and worked with for a few weeks before deciding it wasn't for me. I went onto the help section to get info on how to cancel. I followed the directions and got an "error" several times. I reached out to two people I had direct emails for to ask for help with no response. Then I sent an email to their main email which said to watch the videos. So, I did again, and again I got "error". I reported it to chat, since you can't get a live person, and never received a response. I was then billed again. I forwarded all the evidence to chat and customer service again asking to be refunded and they said they will not refund me because I didn't follow the video, which I did, but got "error". Ripped off... Company does not honor their commitment to its customers.

I was using it a CRM and pipeline management. It did not solve the problem for me. The platform requires a lot of work and effort. It is not simple and they do not honor their commitment to their customers.

Ease of use, customization and the automation and leverage it greats.

**What do you dislike about bonzo?**

That I didn't find it sooner!  It's replaced 2 salaries and made me more money than any other piece of tech I've ever used.

Reducing overhead while leveraging my personal voice and allowing "me"  to be in multiple conversations at once. I can freely travel (up to 2 weeks) and have no one know I'm on vacation!

Bonzo aims to be the one and only account that you need to organize and contact your clients. They actively work on improvements.

When Bonzo goes down, or when messages don't deliver, it's the end of the world. Luckily it doesn't happen frequently.

1. It does not allow one contact to have multiple transactions , nor does it allow for multiple agents to be assigned to a contact.
2. Grouping with tags becomes cumbersome. 
3. Integrations are limited

I like how it has a CRM with marketing tools combine.

**What do you dislike about bonzo?**

Poor Customer Service. Can only communicate through chat and takes forever to get issues resolved.

**What problems is bonzo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solves me needing to use more that one system for my business.

**What do you like best about bonzo?**

Bonzo has a clean design with a speedy interface. The platform can save text messages and emails which is extremely handy.

**What do you dislike about bonzo?**

While the platform has a few powerful features, the CRM feels unrefined, and the workflow is much slower than other mortgage CRMs. In addition, the lack of templates and rigid campaign automation makes it challenging to set up, unlike what is advertised. Customer service is even worse, as chat is the only option. It is difficult to discern whether I am talking to a live person or bot, as responses look automated and often direct you to an unhelpful tutorial video. Lastly, once you realize the software is unsuitable, canceling does not happen immediately. And Bonzo will continue to charge for services not rendered. Definitely, do not expect a refund either.

Nothing at all.

Bonzo is always available to answer our questions.  When we need something customized, they are willing to help us with that as well.

**What do you dislike about bonzo?**

Analytics.  We need to have more customized reporting capabilities.

**What do you like best about bonzo?**

The more I learn about the processes it can manage for me- the more I like the service. The campaign I've set works directly with a lead system so it's truly "hands free".

**What do you dislike about bonzo?**

It wants to behave like a CRM- and it can - but you have to learn to navigate the software before you can truly see that side of the software.

**What problems is bonzo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm learning one piece at a time and each piece adds real value (like time and money saving value) to my business. It seems there's more to learn because it does more. I have an assigned person to handle my questions and she's quick to respond and understand what I'm trying to do.
