**What do you like best about Billsby?**

Billsby is very user-friendly and easy to set up. If you've experienced using Chargebee then the layout will feel very familiar. There are some interesting features such as a good retention process that can be created quickly and will be very effective. The support and onboarding was excellent. We plan to use this frequently as we grow our business.

**What do you dislike about Billsby?**

The least helpful part is not being able to payment links that can be sent to a customer to click and pay. Links can only be embedded on a website. If you only take payments via a website this won't be a problem but if you create custom pricing and email customer directly this could be problematic.

Creating multiple subscriptions for different products and services that can be quickly purchased and setup online.

**What do you like best about Billsby?**

Extremely straightforward web design, really, really great. 
Excellent API with great documention and sandboxing made it simple to integrate my product for subscription checks.
Comprehensive product/plan/cycle model with discouts/coupons.
Great reporting.
Great customer service when there are questions.
No-nonsense simple onboarding, all online, very transparent.
Pricing is good for small business.
Open-ended trial period was critical for small indie business where product development cycles are l ong.

**What do you dislike about Billsby?**

The only missing feature for me is the ability to have frictionless sign up for trial periods without gathering customer credit card info until they choose to convert to a paid subscriber.

**What problems is Billsby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In addition to the obvious heavy lifting of subscription management, payment acceptance, recurring billing, tax calculation, I also use the API from my independent computer game to determine if the user is currently paid up, in order to determine whether to give them access to premium features.

Really easy to setup rather complex products. The embed codes are very easy to use and make customizing the customer journey very simple.

Each product has to have a separate payment for the customer. So self service is separate for each product.

Allowing me to consolidate multiple subscriptions into a single product to simplify billing. Allowing me to collect needed information from the client during the checkout process. Integrating into the website with minimal effort.

Billsby allows me to save time and effort in the "back office" so that I can focus on bringing new clients on board. This is my first time working with an automated billing system, it was easy to implement and integrate with my CRM, the Customer Support team responds promptly to all requests and it's also easy to view each client's current status. Great features!!!

I have not encountered any issues with this app.

The most helpful thing about Billsby to me was each box you clicked in explained exactly the type pf information needed to be inputed and also provieded examples.  As someone who has never used a platform like this, that was extermely helpful when creating my plans, cycles, and products.  Aslo custmer support was readily available for any additional questions I may have had.

I enjoy using billsby because it comes with a very userr friendly system when it comes to seeling subscriptions. I love the reports they offer and the overview details it shows of each of my clients. I also love how billsby can be intergrated with so many automatic systems.

My needs for billsby are pretty simple. I does well everything I need at the moment for a small growing busines.

Certain parts of the software are spread out and it takes longer than it needs to to go through the steps. Like changing peoples plans.

We evaluated chargebee, recurly, and several others. Not a single one of them was able to accommodate our use case. Not only was Billsby easy to use and configure, it is loaded with options that the other guys cannot compete with

The fact that the images that are associated with the product and plans do not behave properly makes the interface look a bit amateur. It needs to be fixed.

The overall integration, forward-thinking, and expert advise provided. I am an ew user and pretty tech-savvy, but working with Sheena was a life saver. She provided 1-on-1 training and guidance, helping me think of different approaches to take with my customers, products, and services. She also showed me features of Billsby that I wouldn't have thought about. Sheena was patient, understanding, and an expert with her knowledge and approach. Billsby is almost like a set it and forget it until you need to make changes. WOW is all I could say during the onboarding call. Not to mention, the monthly price - EXCELLENT and AFFORDABLE.

**What do you dislike about Billsby?**

I can't think of any upfront. It might be nice to have a separate test account once you go live to continue to test in a secured environment that won't disrupt the live feature. However, there's a workaround for that Sheena provided and I am ok with it as well.

**What problems is Billsby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Billsby is allowing me to create a subscription-based business that I wasn't able to obtain through my merchant gateway. This allows me more time to spend with customers and less with having to ensure my financials are in order. A time-saver no doubt.

**What do you like best about Billsby?**

My favourite thing about Billsby is that its so easy for me to set up my subscriptions. I'm not a programmer so i need something simple to set up and use. I tried some other softwares but wasted hours just trying to figure out what was going on. I also love the fact that the price to use Billsby is affordable especially as you start out. Nothing worse than your wallet getting emptied more by the software you're using than what you are making. I also love that you can set up most of your account before you even need to pay, hate softwares that cost you $1000's before you've even gone live.

**What do you dislike about Billsby?**

The only downside i found is that while its great you don't need to pay for the software till you go live. Its frustrating that you can't see what your checkout pages look like till you pay. Would of made more sense for me if you can set everything up but just cant accept payment until you start paying for the software.

**What problems is Billsby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Billsby is providing software to manage all the different subscriptions that i am wanting to offer inside my business. It's helping me keep track of what client is paying for what subscription which then allows me to make sure that clients are being fulfilled for something they are paying for but also to make sure I stop fulfilling customers who have cancelled their subscription.

Billsby customer service is very patient and responsive.  Sheena made signing up so easy!  The platform is user friendly and ingegration is a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Billsby?**

It would be nice if they offered two way integration with other platforms.  This may not be possible for compliance reasons though.

It is nice to automate payments.  The dunning process to collect payments saves us the trouble of trying to collect missed payments.

Easy to use and the customer support was very good I was not ready but she was very patience with me. I didn't have any issued with the integration. The features to use Zapier was cool. I didn't have to think much of it. I been on here frequency to make sure I get the use of the site. The implemenatation was very easy.

The set up has been very easy and it's very intuitive to customize my subscription plans to exactly how we want them. Customer service was also quick to respond and helpful with a small issue I had during set up.

**What do you dislike about Billsby?**

It's a little expensive but worth it to not have to manage all my subscriptions manually and have my customers able to log in and make changes themselves.

**What problems is Billsby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to stop managing subscriptions ourselves through WooCommerce and WooSubscriptions, plus wanted customers to be able to log in and make changes to their subsciption themselves. This is taking a lot of work off our plate!

I don't have any downsides, so far they have provided me with all the support I have asked for. Everything seems to work as i was told it would. I would have liked to see more advertising so i could have found this sooner.

Whenever I had a question (I've had many) someone from billsby was there to answer any questions I have. Each individual was very patient and walked me through the process step by step.

**What do you dislike about Billsby?**

I don't like that I had to pay seperate for a gateway and merchant account. But billsby is still very useful for taking monthly payments from clients. Overall I still feel as if I made a good choice by choosing billsby.

Billsby is allowing me to bill clients and take payments automatcially. For the past three years I had to take hours out of my day to ensure I'm billing clients for the servies that I provide.
