Billsby is very user-friendly and easy to set up. If you've experienced using Chargebee then the layout will feel very familiar. There are some interesting features such as a good retention process that can be created quickly and will be very effective. The support and onboarding was excellent. The least helpful part is not being able to payment links that can be sent to a customer to click and pay. Links can only be embedded on a website. If you only take payments via a website this won't be a problem but if you create custom pricing and email customer directly this could be problematic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
