It helps when clients call and ask when we will arrive if we are running late! **What do you dislike about AutoMile?** Sometimes automile sends alerts that we are speeding even if we are not. **What problems is AutoMile solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows us to see when we are onsite at clients. It also helps us with time tracking when our techs forget! ### 2. At any point, anyone on the team can open the app or website to check where the vehicles are and see if a client meeting is running long, without having to send a message or make a call. Love the places feature. We have entered our client addresses, so when we make a stop there, the trip is automatically labeled with the client's name. **What do you dislike about AutoMile?** No comments. It's great! Update - issue corrected by support: in the past, we needed to add each new vehicle manually to all geofences to trips auto-label and auto-categorize correctly. We wrote to support, and they were able to add our two new vehicles to all geofences for us, which saved a ton of time. Still not a way to do it youself in the software, but support solved the issue and saved us time. **Recommendations to others considering AutoMile:** An excellent choice for small teams. **What problems is AutoMile solving and how is that benefiting you?** We also rely on the trip view as a record to confirm that our client hours are billed accurately. If there is ever a question, we can confirm what time the company vehicle was on-site at a client visit. ### 5.
