We really appreciate the "Live" view tracking where our company vehicle is at all times. At any point, anyone on the team can open the app or website to check where the vehicles are and see if a client meeting is running long, without having to send a message or make a call.

Love the places feature. We have entered our client addresses, so when we make a stop there, the trip is automatically labeled with the client's name. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Update - issue corrected by support: in the past, we needed to add each new vehicle manually to all geofences to trips auto-label and auto-categorize correctly. We wrote to support, and they were able to add our two new vehicles to all geofences for us, which saved a ton of time. Still not a way to do it youself in the software, but support solved the issue and saved us time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
