It helps you automate ppc bids based on your ACoS goals. **What do you dislike about AiHello?** There's nothing that I dislike about this tool. **What problems is AiHello solving and how is that benefiting you?** As an Amazon business owner, there are too many things to take care of - inventory, PPC, etc. I use AiHello primarily to handle PPC for my brand. For anyone who isn't entirely sure what it is, they have to look outside the website to understand. They should have an "about" section on the website to break down the process. **What problems is AiHello solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's making marketing way more effective. And because so much is automated, someone only has to only input a bit of information, and aihello does the rest. It's like outsourcing a marketing team. ### 4.
