"A True Product Partner for Our Construction Jobs Platform"

What do you like best about 9MILLS?

What I like best is that they treat HammerLoop like their own product. They don't just build what we ask for. They question it, bring better options, and explain why. When I suggest something that isn't right for our users, they tell me, and that has saved us time and money more than once. They're also easy to work with. What do you dislike about 9MILLS?

Bring them in as a partner, not just a development shop. 9Mills adds the most value when you share your goals and your numbers, not only a feature list. Be open to their pushback, because it's usually right, and involve them in strategy and marketing early. Go in expecting a long term relationship. They stay involved well after launch. What problems is 9MILLS solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed one team that could turn HammerLoop from an idea into a working product, then help us grow it. Construction workers, especially Spanish speakers, have no simple way to find good jobs near them, and employers struggle to find reliable crews. 9Mills built the platform that solves this: a bilingual web app and iOS and Android apps where workers set up a profile in minutes and get matched to jobs by trade, location and pay. The bigger benefit is that we don't have to manage separate vendors for product, development, hosting and marketing. 9Mills handles all of it and thinks like a product owner, so they bring us better ideas instead of just waiting for instructions. That frees me to focus on investors, partnerships and growing the business.
