**What do you like best about 8digits?**

The account management team was quite responsive.

**What do you dislike about 8digits?**

The platform interface was not the best.

**What problems is 8digits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As our product team was too busy, it was the tool that have been used for on-site pop-up displays.

**What do you like best about 8digits?**

It was a good service provider in terms of speed and custom scenarios. The CSM team was very friendly and professional, both.

In comparison with its rivals, its team was working painstakingly to avoid having any bugs; which as a customer makes you appreciate

**What do you dislike about 8digits?**

If they had the app channel as well, our partnership could have lasted longer

**What problems is 8digits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Web channel on-site scenarios, custom surveys, web push campaigns, a/b testing
