The migration took longer than we hoped and caused us to create contacts in the system which after the migration resulted in duplicate contacts. We are working through merging the contacts but it takes times

The most common application set I complete using Docketwise is for a one-step adjustment of status application. Only that application set requires me to manually invite clients to complete the questionnaire. I understand that is because of a legacy coding issue. Docketwise is trying, and failing, to be a full practice management solution. I use a different practice management software and sync with Docketwise solely to pull in info for the forms. The interface is inconvenient, and the price is far too much for what it is. Most people I know use it only for forms - but that's becoming less viable now that they've raised the price.
