What I like best about Docketwise is that I am able to locate my client's information efficiently and all of my notes are tracked and date stamped to know when, and why I spoke to a client or when case work was done Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like Docketwise to have a feature where its easier to track time spent on a client, like if the client's tab is open track the time it take to close as sometimes call are constant and urgent Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
DW sends out automated invoice reminders and makes you money without you having to hunt it down. You can send your clients USCIS documents in their native language to fill out and send back to you and it will then translate it to English, saving you all tons of time in translation. The notes section helps our office know what happened at the last contact with client. Overall a great program and I'm sure I'm not even using the full extent of it!
