The performance of the tool as well as the collaboration with the provider are overall very convincing.

The data connection is straightforward and is done through predefined, standardized formats.

Regular (daily) data exports ensure that forecasts are always based on current and realistic data.

The frontend is clear, intuitively usable, and allows for a quick start.

Forecasts for revenue, profit, and gain could be validated internally through A/B tests and were even partially exceeded in reality.

What do you like best about 7Learnings?

I really appreciate how 7Learnings replaces gut-feel and rule-based pricing with a model that continuously learns and adapts. The A/B test we ran with 7Learnings delivered a 15% profit and 14% revenue uplift, which validated the tool’s promise for us. I also value the team’s competence and genuine spirit of collaboration; they work closely with us to make sure the tool performs as intended.

Onboarding was well supported by the 7Learnings team from day one. Our integration of 7Learnings with our self-developed PIM/ERP and shop system also ensures the pricing model can work effectively with up-to-date data. What do you dislike about 7Learnings?

The main gap right now is internal ownership. Setup and ongoing optimization are currently managed by the 7Learnings team, which works well in the short term but means we're not yet fully self-sufficient. To scale this across our multi-shop portfolio, we'll need proper onboarding so our internal team can manage and adjust the tool independently. The best upsides of using 7L is the opportunity to manage discounts on multiple channels at once and tailoring discounts for each specific country. It makes managing discounts really easy and a lot less time consuming once you have gotten to know the system. Always close contact to a dedicated person is a very big help, as this makes the contact person able to know the company and the ongoing issues we might be facing. The program has a fairly steep learning curve, if you are analytic and have a logical mindset you might find it more easy to learn. Discounts can end up targeting unintended products and also steer discounts more aggressive than intended, this can be hard to steer correctly as it targets many products at once. What do you like best about 7Learnings?

I greatly appreciate the automatic pricing of 7Learnings as it helps us optimize the clearance of old stock and increase profits, revenues, and sales. The forecast of sales and profit as well as the general predictions of the tool are impressive. I find it particularly helpful to be able to respond to seasonal items using rules and to adapt to the competitive market. The collaboration with the data scientists is also very supportive, and the handling of the tool is pleasant. Additionally, the communication during the onboarding process with the tool worked excellently, and all questions were always answered satisfactorily.
