"SurveyLab Makes Survey Creation and Feedback Analysis Simple"
4/5
What do you like best about SurveyLab?

What I like most about SurveyLab is how easy it is to create, manage, and update surveys without needing much training. The interface feels intuitive, and it provides a solid range of question types, customization options, and reporting tools. Overall, it helps me collect feedback efficiently and makes it straightforward to review and analyze responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyLab?

One thing I dislike about SurveyLab is that some of the more advanced customization and reporting options can take a bit of time to learn. Even though the platform is generally user-friendly, new users may still need some time to explore the available features, understand the settings, and get comfortable with everything. "Handling Multiple Wellness Surveys Feels More Properly Managed"
5/5
What do you like best about SurveyLab?

I started Using SurveyLab recently. It helps me manage health related surveys and wellness forms in a more organized way during regular work. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist and also create health education content for social media, so I use it for nutrition assessments, lifestyle surveys, wellness feedback forms, and healthcare questionnaires. Creating surveys, adding questions, managing answer options, and checking responses feels easy during daily work. I also like that templates, analytics, reporting, customization, and response collection features are available together, so handling different wellness and health awareness surveys becomes much easier from one place. It also helps me keep assessment forms and survey data more properly arranged during busy schedules.

I use it regularly for health education activities and wellness feedback collection because everything feels easier to manage compared to handling surveys separately. Setup was manageable for me, the interface feels fine for regular survey work, and support resources were also useful whenever I needed guidance. Performance during regular use has also been good for me. Creating surveys, switching between questions, checking responses, and managing different wellness forms mostly works smoothly during daily work. Even while handling multiple health assessment surveys together, the overall workflow feels properly manageable and organized most of the time. Overall, SurveyLab fits naturally into my daily workflow and helps me manage healthcare surveys and educational questionnaires in a more smooth and organized way. What do you dislike about SurveyLab?

Analytics and response reports are useful during regular workflow, but while checking larger response data together, I sometimes feel the reporting overview could feel slightly more cleaner for quick comparison and review. Also during detailed survey creation with many questions and answer options together, the interface can occasionally feel slightly compact until the full survey structure is properly arranged. "Valuable Data Collection with Room for Improvements"
4/5
What do you like best about SurveyLab?

I use SurveyLab mainly for gathering data, which is a key feature for me. I appreciate the customer feedback feature as it offers real-time quotes with the option for automation, enabling my team to respond to feedback immediately and close the loop process. I think the customer support is incredibly responsive, which adds to a good experience. The mobile-friendly interface makes the survey experience simpler and more professional, enhancing usability for both my team and those providing feedback. I also find the dashboard and reporting functionalities helpful since they automatically turn feedback into data, making it easy to analyze trends and make faster decisions. This automated process maintains the transparency between the team lead and interns, which I value. Additionally, I appreciate the customization options available, as well as the advanced analytics that allow for more complex service provision. The initial setup was straightforward due to a step-by-step routine that made transitioning from Google Forms smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyLab?

SurveyLab is doing good, but it could be improved in a few areas. It should support quick data collection for short forms, such as gathering opinions in a school setting. The initial setup for complex searches can be overwhelming for new users. The survey builder user interface could be more modernized, and I would like to see more advanced design templates. The pricing tiers are a bit steep for small projects, and there should be a student discount. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean, Flexible Survey Tool—But Pricing, Integrations, and Design Flexibility Could Improve"
3.5/5
What do you like best about SurveyLab?

The best thing about this platform is it is very clean. I need a practical survey platform for creating questionnaires, forms, tests, customer feedback surveys, and research surveys. Also, their best part is their flexibility, it offers survey logic, multi-channel distribution, multilingual surveys, team collaboration, reporting and other export options like Excel, CSV, PowerPoint, and PDF. It also supports web and mobile and even offline data collection, which makes it useful for both online and field-based survey work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyLab?

Some advanced features may feel expensive for smaller themes, especially if they only need basic survey collection. The starter plans begin at $49 per month higher plants are needed for larger response volumes and advanced features. Their analytics and customisation are useful, but they may not feel as advanced as larger enterprise experience management platforms out there. Users also want deeper integration and more modern design flexibility, which is bit limited in this platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall, it feels reliable, organized, and practical for gathering real feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that SurveyLab can feel a little limited in design customization, and some advanced features may take time to understand. More templates and simpler pricing would improve it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Polished Survey Creation with Flexible Reporting and Multi-Channel Distribution"
4/5
What do you like best about SurveyLab?

What I like best about SurveyLab is how easy it is to create professional, polished surveys without needing a lot of setup time. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it simple to customize surveys, manage branding, and analyze responses in one place. I also like the flexibility of the reporting tools and the ability to distribute surveys across multiple channels. It’s especially helpful for gathering customer feedback efficiently while keeping the experience smooth for both internal teams and respondents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyLab?

One downside of SurveyLab is that some of the more advanced customization and reporting features can take time to learn if you are new to the platform. The user interface is generally straightforward, but certain settings and workflow options could feel more modern or streamlined. I also wish there were more native integrations available with popular business tools to reduce the need for manual workarounds in some processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"SurveyLab Makes Advanced Surveys Easy with Powerful Logic and Real-Time Analytics"
4/5
What do you like best about SurveyLab?

During my use of SurveyLab, I found its drag-and-drop survey builder very easy to use. What I liked most about the builder is that it supports advanced skip logic, quotas, and randomization. It also provides real-time dashboards and analytics. Another thing I liked about SurveyLab was its ability to export data to Excel, CSV, PDF, PowerPoint, and SPSS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyLab?

For me, there were two things that didn’t work out. The first was the pricing: it can be high for small teams or individual users, and some advanced features are only available in the higher-tier plans. The second is the interface, which feels more business-oriented rather than beginner-friendly. That’s all—these are the main things that didn’t work well for me. 5/5
What do you like best about SurveyLab?

It allows to makes surveys without any technical expertise. Also it can adapt to laptops, tablets, computers...It supports piping, skip logic, branching which makes it suitable for academic and entreprises.. Its cheaper than other platforms we use. Sometimes there are certain features around sentiment analysis, which helps us to know the audience better,.Multiple users can collaborate and do surveys at a time which saves time and increases performance. The survey labs UI is pretty easy to understand for a non technical person too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyLab?

Advanced features can be expensive. A few users in our organization faced issues with compatibility and integration with CRM tools. Complex surveys can make the system slower and there is no proper customer support provided incase of any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
