ChatRank Reviews & Product Details

ChatRank is an Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) intelligence platform for B2B SaaS companies, operated by 520 Group LLC in Austin, TX. ChatRank measures how brands appear in AI-generated answers across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini — and provides the methodology, strategy, and content to improve that visibility. The platform combines a proprietary scoring framework with expert advisory delivery. The free AI Visibility Audit at chatrank.us surfaces whether a category visibility gap exists across the four major AI engines. Paid engagements (Visibility Sprint, Visibility Retainer, Founding Case Study Partner) deliver human-reviewed analysis across 20–30 buyer-intent queries, named-competitor mapping, and a 90-day execution roadmap. ChatRank is built on Google's E-E-A-T framework, peer-reviewed academic research on generative engine optimization (GEO), and published AI engine documentation. ChatRank is led by Aaron Smith, a B2B SaaS product marketing leader with 20 years of experience at companies including IBM, Dell, and Forcepoint.
