**What do you like best about 360 Payments?**

I like that 360 Payments keeps credit card fees low for us, saving money overall and keeping profits high. Their customer service is usually very accessible and available when we run into issues with processing or connectivity. The initial setup was very easy, and it integrates well with Techmetric, our shop management software.

**What do you dislike about 360 Payments?**

I guess I wish the terminal didn't have to rely so much on Wi-Fi. So sometimes we run into connectivity issues on occasion.

**What do you like best about 360 Payments?**

Ease to use. Quick setup. Customer service was attentive to our needs. What my customers enjoy is the text-pay on their invoices. I would say our customer prefer the option to pay via text vs coming back to the shop to pay their invoice in person.

**What do you dislike about 360 Payments?**

Like most software now a ways. All companies want paperless and full electronic which doesn't work in a rural community. That being said it was only an update and a few minutes to turn on the print function.

**What problems is 360 Payments solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With our old All Data and processing company it was all hands on, taking card over the phone and 360 Payments has streamlined it all electronically. What's nice is if I do take a payment over the phone if the card is incorrect 360payments automatically detects that error and so I don't have to call back the customer or run the process all over again. The fees associated with CC transactions is roughly the same if not a little better that TSYS which we had previously. When you compare that to the labor time saved in being able to send the customer the invoice and have them pay VIA text.

**What do you like best about 360 Payments?**

Our small business has used several different payment processing companies... 360 Payments has been the best, with excellent customer service and integrations with our POS software, making it really easy to use! Next-day funding that they offer is extremely helpful when you run a small business that requires a lot of cash flow.

**What do you dislike about 360 Payments?**

The only downside or inconvenience that I have experienced thus far is that when daylight savings comes, you have to manually change the time or else your batch will not go through to funding for next day. However, the customer service team was a pleasure to work with in figuring this issue out when it arose.

**What problems is 360 Payments solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, waiting on our money for 3-10 business days was a huge issue. It was very difficult as a new business to have large tickets going out and still needing a large cash flow to keep operating on other large tickets. 360 Payments solved this for us when they offered next day funding.

**What do you like best about 360 Payments?**

360 Payments makes it easy to process payments from standard in-store processing with integration with our point-of-sale system and after-hours pickup with their text-to-pay feature. Their customer service is above any other merchant services I have dealt with. Jenelle is our Rep, and she is easy to get ahold of and takes care of my needs fast. They are always looking to improve and stay ahead of technology changes. Thank you for all your support over the years.

**What do you dislike about 360 Payments?**

I have nothing to dislike about their services.  I do believe they are working on same day deposits which will be amazing once it is available.

They are staying ahead of the curve on technology and always striving to make their products and service better for the end user

That I did not switch to 360 payments sooner from Chase PaymentTech
