## About 247 Reception
247 Reception is an AI receptionist built for businesses that lose work to unanswered calls: trades, clinics and service businesses where the caller simply rings the next provider if nobody picks up. It answers every inbound call 24/7, including nights and weekends. On each call it captures the caller's name, number and reason for calling, records and transcribes the conversation, and books appointments directly into the business's Google Calendar. Each customer gets a dedicated phone number with an area code local to the city they operate in, and can choose a male or female voice. Setup takes about a minute: answer four questions about the business, and the receptionist is built from those answers. Plans are priced in minutes rather than a number of calls, starting at $99/month for 250 minutes. Every account starts with 10 free minutes before any card is entered.
