What do you like best about 1Exiger Platform?

The module Insight3PM within the 1Exiger Platform allows Northwell to make risk based decisions prior to entering into a business relationship as well as continuing a business relationship. What do you dislike about 1Exiger Platform?

At times, customization of the Insight3PM Module within the 1Exiger Platform is limited and workarounds need to be put in place. There is also a lack of audit trails available for vendor profiles in Insight3PM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 1Exiger Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously there were multiple platforms being utilized to perform vendor due diligence, by utilizing Insight3PM we are now able to use one platform which enables quicker adds. Prior to the implementation of Insight3PM, Northwell did not have a comprehensive ongoing monitoring process in place, now we are able to review alerts daily within the Insight3PM module. Prior to the Exiger1 Platform, supply chain resiliency was challenging to accomplish however, discussions with our support team have led to a direction in which allows Northwell to move towards a more resilient supply chain. What do you like best about 1Exiger Platform?

The amount of information pulled in via their DDIQ reports is amazing. It allows our team to see a very robust background on the company, both good and bad. What do you dislike about 1Exiger Platform?

Need a better audit trail on when questionnaires are sent out, and need a "return to search results" button. Other than that, great platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 1Exiger Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Its a one stop shop where our vendors can fill out our company questionnaire, then screen the vendors, and a team adjudicates them for us to review. It makes it extremely simple to aggregate risk across all suppliers, with specific tolerance levels you can tailor to your business.
