1Channel Territory & Beat Management Software Reviews & Product Details

1Channel Territory & Beat Management Software helps distribution and field sales teams configure geography hierarchies such as State to City to Pin Code, or Zone to Region to District to Taluka, with any number of levels depending on how the business is structured. Areas are divided into beats, with outlets mapped inside each beat and one or more field users assigned to it. Visits can be scheduled for a complete beat, where every outlet is included automatically, or for specific outlets within a beat, with recurring schedules available for daily, weekly, or monthly cycles. The mobile app shows each day's assigned beat on the home screen, letting field teams navigate to outlets, view distance from their current location, and place orders during visits. Attendance is marked with camera access and GPS location capture for geo-tagged check-ins. Territory structure links directly to pricing, so the same product can carry different prices across regions, and to visit and sales targets tracked on order, dispatch, or invoice. More than 24 reports cover territory-wise sales, beat coverage, visit compliance, and target achievement, with CSV export available throughout.
