1Channel Retailer Loyalty Program Reviews & Product Details

1Channel Retailer Loyalty Program is B2B loyalty software for brands that sell through retailers, distributors and dealers. It replaces manual trade incentive management with configurable schemes, automated points and transparent payouts. Reward retailers on SKU focus, volume or value slabs, targets and campaign participation, and run separate distributor incentive programs tied to billing value, territory targets and quarterly bonuses. An automated points engine applies slab logic, multipliers and earning caps once performance is validated through multi-level, role-based approvals. Partners move through Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers, track points in a mobile wallet and redeem through bank transfer, UPI, digital vouchers or reward catalogues. Real-time dashboards show secondary sales contribution, scheme participation, points issued vs redeemed and incentive liability. Used by FMCG, building materials, electrical, automotive and pharma brands.
