1Channel Distributor Order Management Software Reviews & Product Details

1Channel Distributor Order Management Software takes an order from booking to dispatch on one platform. Field reps, distributors and admins place orders from a catalogue that shows live price, stock and the applicable scheme for each SKU, and distributors can order on a retailer's behalf when the retailer orders by phone. Every order is checked for stock, scheme, pricing and credit before it is accepted. It then moves from pending approval to approved and confirmed, with approval chains of up to 7 levels by role or hierarchy, and the invoice is generated automatically on confirmation. Warehouse teams create delivery notes with a draft step and partial dispatch, so an order can ship in parts, with FIFO, FEFO or LIFO batch allocation. Admins track orders by status, and distributors who are not on the platform can receive orders as an email digest. The AI Assistant guides reps through order entry. Used by FMCG, pharma and consumer durables teams.
