
I especially enjoy the ability to quickly generate analytical reports. As a marketer, it's important for me to track the effectiveness of various communication activities: online advertising campaigns, participation in exhibitions, webinars, etc. In 1C:ERP+RM, I can generate a lead report for any period and across any source in just a few clicks. It shows the number of leads grouped by different types (Marketing Quality Lead; Sales Quality Lead), the cost of acquiring them, the cost per lead, and other metrics. In the report, I can go deeper into each lead and see the client's CJM: which website pages they visited and what inquiries they placed. We've also set up integration with the Yandex Metrica analytics system and transfer lead qualification data to it. This allows advertising campaigns to learn from the data and increase conversions from the clients we're interested in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It took me a long time to get used to the interface and report settings. There were too many of them for me. But after going through the typical steps a few times, I was able to get the hang of it. Now I have no problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
