It is overstimulating to a certain degree. IONOS has had virtually no down time, and I can easily update all my hosted sites, using the Plesk control panel offered by IONOS. ### 10. The ability to learn how to manage the server and the tasks required can be complex, for someone who is not a computer programmer. **Recommendations to others considering 1&1 IONOS Cloud Hosting:** Read everything you can about setting up your server and domains. IONOS uses Plesk as its control panel, so you'll need to read up about how to use that as well. If you need help, call support, or use the community help forum. You can also look for and use videos online. The server setup is more complicated than what most people use for basic control panels, but if you ask questions, ask for help, and read everything, you'll get it eventually. I have had damn near 100% uptime on the close to 20 websites I host with them. **What do you dislike about 1&1 IONOS Cloud Hosting?** One thing I dislike is that when I opened my account it was a US site only and since I have built my account on a US site I am billed in USD and the only way to change is to migrate to the .ca site which is never going to happen. **Recommendations to others considering 1&1 IONOS Cloud Hosting:** Do your research and I am sure you will come back to these guys based on your findings.
