Every time I have to reschedule a meeting, I have to first delete it in Outlook (so that everyone who I invited can know of the change), then I log in to Zoom online to make the change, and then I send out a new invite. Is there a faster way to do this?

Do make it less data consuming and also fix bugs on User Interface

Am I missing out on any key integrations? Does Airtable integrate with Zoom? Should I be syncing my GDrive? Any other tips and tricks about cool integrations would be helpful!

As a registered charity and a community organisation, why can’t the time for meeting be unlimited. Community groups are not always in one place like offices etc and people living alone can be disappointed and become depressed at a 40 minute boundary

Guest user can join the meeting if host is not joined meeting or they are late .So people will not facing any issue at last moment.
