Dove posso trovare informazioni su tutti i diversi strumenti di marketing disponibili tramite Active Campaign, ad esempio il marketing via SMS, la creazione di moduli online, ecc.?

Non posso sottolineare abbastanza quanto siano obsolete le funzionalità standard di reportistica/dashboard/analisi dei dati (o la loro mancanza).

Everything works well but in terms of the value of calls, it doesnt show the actual calls made real-time and sometimes it's also not sync with the true value. I have to use other tools to get the validated data. I thought that if it syncs to all other tools that we used - it'll be more effective.

I sometimes have issues with creating the right category filters and I am not sure how to check the effectiveness of the forecast.

The emails from my campaign pass the "spam filer" test but go unopened by many of my clients. Speaking with them, they check their spam folders and find the emails. I believe it is what it is, but does anyone have a proposed solution?

Are there ways that I can make my sequences more effective or timely as to when they are scheduled to go out?
