Real estate businesses often juggle property management, contracts, and complex financial tracking. Which ERP software have you found works best in this industry?

Our often can’t afford a long, heavy ERP implementation. Has anyone found an ERP that’s quick to set up, affordable, and still gives solid visibility into cash flow and operations? I’ve heard some talk about DualEntry in this space, curious if anyone has tried it??

am still a student yet to decide my main area of specialization.would you advise me to focus on erps only or should i intergrate it with other specification like web development, machine learning and artificial intelligence?

Hi, I am trying to understand what the "Total Balance Due" references in the AR tab under customers. It does not reconcile with their AR ledger and it also doesn't tie to our companies side of account balances. Can anyone explain this to me?

I am using the Shopboss module. Within it, I have a job scheduled and it appears within a week. The operation runs for 40 hrs, machine capacity is at 50 hrs, but the load is showing at 24 hrs per day or 120 hrs for the week. Resulting in the job showing red. Why is this?

I have orders that have balances getting hung up in a few different balance sheet accounts, and following the workflow of those orders is incredibly difficult, making it hard to diagnose the problem.

Because of our structure I have 94 different allocation schedules to click into and generate entries for. While it seems that you can batch standard schedules, I do not see the ability to do that with intercompany allocation schedules.
