Real estate businesses often juggle property management, contracts, and complex financial tracking. Which ERP software have you found works best in this industry?

Our often can’t afford a long, heavy ERP implementation. Has anyone found an ERP that’s quick to set up, affordable, and still gives solid visibility into cash flow and operations? I’ve heard some talk about DualEntry in this space, curious if anyone has tried it??

For service-based businesses, project accounting and profitability tracking are usually the hardest parts. Have you found an ERP that makes this easier? I’ve seen DualEntry mentioned as being strong for professional services firms, has anyone here used it?

If a client wants access to the Databox report to update reports or should you not give them access?

The current version seems buggy and always caused my laptop to hang. Any idea it will be updated?
