Facile da usare. Facile da capire. Tempi di formazione brevi.

Mi piace quanto sia facile da usare. Ho avuto bisogno solo di una sessione di formazione prima di sentirmi a mio agio con il sistema. Il cruscotto è piuttosto semplice, e posso trovare facilmente tutto ciò di cui ho bisogno, come lo stato attuale delle chiamate, le code e il saldo del conto. Anche i miei agenti hanno capito il sistema abbastanza rapidamente, ed è utile che abbiano il loro cruscotto personale su cui possono monitorare le loro prestazioni personali. Il PBX si è integrato con il mio Zoho CRM senza problemi. I miei agenti usano click-2-call tutto il tempo senza alcun problema.
