The waterfall enrichment is the standout feature for me. Having 15+ data sources behind a single lookup means I’m no longer manually cross-referencing Apollo, ZoomInfo, and Lusha. The coverage and accuracy are there right out of the box. Since switching, our email bounce rates have dropped significantly, and our cold call connect rates are noticeably better than what we were getting from any one provider.
AI Search and Copilot have also been a game-changer for building targeted lists quickly. What used to take me half a day - pulling segments, validating results, and cleaning up data - now takes minutes.
The Playbooks are another big win: I can templatize our best outbound motions so reps can run them consistently without me having to hand-hold every workflow.
From a RevOps perspective, the pricing is a no-brainer. We consolidated three tools into one and ended up spending less overall. The UI is clean and intuitive enough that reps adopted it without a major training push, the CRM sync runs smoothly in the background, and support has been responsive whenever we’ve needed help getting things set up. There’s honestly not much to dislike. The main thing I’m still waiting on is the analytics dashboard. It isn’t available yet, so at the moment I don’t have a built-in way to track enrichment performance or credit usage directly inside Cleanlist. That said, the speed this team ships at is impressive. They consistently take our feedback seriously, so I’m confident it’ll be up and running soon. Recensione raccolta e ospitata su G2.com.
