Effortless Visitor Pre-Registration and Seamless QR Check-In

It does everything and keeps me organized. I really like pre-registering visitors. This process makes checking in visitors much more efficient. I believe that the visitors like it as well. When I create the event, it gets added to my calendar so I know who is coming and when. The visitor receives an email and completes the registration via a link. It takes less than 30 seconds to complete. Everyone loves that it is quick because nobody has time anymore. It's great that I can tell that they have completed it. Once they have registered and receive their QR code, the process is seamless. If for some reason, they do not have their code with them, I can always print it and get them signed in that way. I like that i can make the visits recurring and use the same code.

Reliable and Responsive, Needs Better Add-On Clarity

I love that FacilityOS just works with very low maintenance, and the support is always quick to respond and helpful. The initial setup was very easy, as we only had to import a CSV of our employees and contact info on an iPad that was already set up with the app.
