# Can this integrate in the healthcare IT world? Specifically, can this be used to track patients going in and out of different areas in a hospital (exam room, ER, operation room, etc.)? In the healthcare industry, it's important to be as quick and responsive as possible. Not only that, doctors have to give quality care as well. Being able to simulate response times in a hospital setting would allow Epic to offer more to our community by consulting with customers on the most optimal way to design and setup the layout of their facility. Moreover, it could be used to determine where certain computers and workstations need to be set up to improve overall hospital efficiency.
