It solves the issue of stock control across two selling platforms and simplifies listing my products to eBay, giving me more time to focus on the running of my website. I find it easy to use and cost-effective. But beyond that, the support provided by the team at LitCommerce is fantastic. They are friendly, always available, and very responsive, going above and beyond to help sort out any issues. They provide solutions with clear screenshots and explain exactly what I need to do and why. When I first started using LitCommerce, they helped me map SKU from Shopify to eBay using the product name. Even though it's not always intuitive, the support more than makes up for that. I like that LitCommerce provides great value for the cost and is effective in solving multichannel selling. The automatic quantity updates on Etsy are really helpful.
