I like that Pendo helps us understand how much people like our product or application and provides insights on how we can improve. The dashboard is great because I can see all the stats at once without having to do anything special. Everything is ready when I log in, which is really convenient. Furthermore, the documentation is well diversified and easy to use, making it simple to set up the API and get started without any problems.

I really like how easy it is to create guides with Pendo. It's also worth mentioning that setting it up was easy and quick. Additionally, I find the ability to segment customers by various characteristics extremely helpful. I'm looking forward to expanding our use of Pendo's capabilities in the coming year because it has a lot to offer that we haven't leveraged yet.
