This is quite helpful. I appreciate being able to set up meetings with my mentee and send messages to coordinate and discuss what we'll cover. Having a history of our conversations and seeing how our relationship progresses from when we started to where we are now is also very helpful. Overall, I like this software.

They help align what I want out of a mentorship with what I'm looking for in a mentor, making sure I get matched with someone well-suited. I also find it really easy to communicate through the platform. The chat feature is great because it offers a good form of communication when you're first partnered up with a mentor, and it's better than the back-and-forth emailing. It also prompts the mentor to provide a bit of a backstory about themselves for an introduction. The initial setup of Mentorloop Mentoring Software was very easy!
