I appreciate ChMeetings for its regular developments that constantly improve user experience and their openness to feedback. The custom app, despite its extra cost, makes communication with our church much more accessible. I particularly like that users can send notifications through the app, sparing us the cost of an SMS provider, as notifications go straight to users' phones just like an SMS would. Setting up ChMeetings was really easy, and I benefited from the opportunity to revise and simplify our membership list during the process. The tutorials are great, and using the product was not a steep learning curve for me. I also appreciate the capacity to link information submitted through registration forms to a person's profile, which simplifies our communication. I found their approach to handling member information secure, giving me confidence in using it further.
