Good experience overall, but pricing adds up fast

What I liked most during the trial was how easy it was to get started. Even people on our team without much experience in email marketing were able to create decent campaigns quickly using the drag-and-drop editor. We mainly used it for newsletters and small promotional campaigns, and overall everything felt smooth and reliable. Emails were sent without issues, reports updated quickly, and some of the AI suggestions for subject lines were actually helpful. Compared to other tools we’ve tried, Mailchimp felt more intuitive and less overwhelming at the beginning.

Easy-to-Use Campaigns with Integrated Email + SMS and Helpful Support

|Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing
Mailchimp is very easy to use. They give you prompts while you are setting up a campaign and instant tips on refinement. A new aspect just added is instantly setting up an SMS campaign to go with an Email campaign. It's also super easy to make a template, use it for a campaign, copy that campaign and tweak the design without having to create several templates that are almost the same. Now that email and SMS are integrated it is easy to keep track of contacts and engage them. The important performance stats are right there in the list view. There are also automated prompts to quickly send again to non-openers. The pricing is very reasonable and support is a chat click away as well as a significant help desk forum to look up answers.
