I like that Insight Assurance evaluates us as our external SOC 2 auditor and provides our report. I find their audit methodologies and understanding of the SOC 2 evaluation process valuable. I also appreciate how they support their customers with ease, and it encourages me to continue or expand our partnership.

The standout for me is the combination of the GRC platform support and the auditors’ responsiveness. Being able to pull evidence directly from connected systems removes a huge amount of the evidence collection that tends to bog down traditional audits. Beyond the tooling itself, the auditors are technically competent and consistently ask the right questions. They clearly understand SaaS environments, cloud-native architectures, and modern DevSecOps practices, so I’m not wasting time explaining why our controls are designed the way they are. Pricing also feels genuinely competitive given the level of detail, speed, and responsiveness the auditors provide.
