As the Artistic Director of JY Dance, I provide professional arts education and performance choreography, primarily for primary students in collaboration with international schools. A major challenge for us was administration; we handled all of our own fee collection and registration manually using Excel. This process was not only time-consuming but also left our documents scattered and disorganized. I was particularly interested when I learned that Flowclass was a startup founded by a team of local university graduates. I believe it's so important to support the bravery of local entrepreneurs, and I was excited to give their platform a try. Since adopting Flowclass, our entire administrative workflow has been streamlined. Sending registration links to parents, collecting tuition, issuing receipts, and even tracking our income is now convenient and direct. The user interface is also very straightforward and easy to use.
