Connectivity to CRM, no more copy paste needed

Audio recording quality is consistently good. I have yet to hear it cut out at any point, which is something another prominent recorder/note-taker/transcriber had done multiple times. The transcript is almost always spot on, even when people's speech is not entirely clear, when they have thick accents, and when they use what I would have thought was unique terminology. In the transcript, it consistently attributes what was said to the right meeting attendee. The AI summary and action items are remarkably good. All of this is available very soon after the meeting ends. I haven't really had to wait for it. The ability to share the recording, notes, and AI summary with others has been very helpful. At times, I've also found the ability to copy elements (e.g., summary, transcript) to be helpful so I can then paste them into my own Google or Word doc. Setup was very quick and easy. Integration with Zoom and other conferencing options is quite seamless. It's very easy to have it join as needed or schedule it prior to the meeting. I see Fathom also has integrations such as for HubSpot, although I have not explored those yet.

I have used several others before Fathom. I found that Fathom was hands the best and simple to use. It has work flawlessly.
