SmartConnect Saves Hours with Easy Integrations and Reliable Performance

SmartConnect’s intuitive integration tools make it easy to set up integrations using drag-and-drop mapping across multiple data sources. I especially like the Excel import feature, which lets me run integrations from Excel into SmartConnect; it genuinely saves me hours each week. The integration between Microsoft Dynamics GP, Business Central, and SmartConnect feels seamless in day-to-day use. Beyond Excel imports, the scheduling feature is a lifesaver for setting up automatic weekly data movement with minimal effort. Overall, the subscription pricing seems reasonable for the included functionality.

Popdock is a fantastic product that has solved many problems

Creates an easy way to solve a wide range of issues. It lets me resolve problems without having to involve the Dev team, and I can quickly create one-off reports for clients when they need something specific. The widgets also make it simple to deliver data to end users who often have zero technical skills and just want the report. The connectors are relatively easy to set up, and the Virtual Integration concept saves endless data storage while providing real-time views of data across multiple applications. It’s not really a feature, but it says a lot that there’s rarely a day when I’m not in Popdock solving a customer issue. Customer Support is always polite, useful, and timely. The upgraded UX recently released is a much better visual, more professional and cleaner. Seems minor, but adding the feature where the "waiting/thinking" image can be changed is much appreciated. (Although it I wish it could be rolled out across entire organizations and through the widgets).
