Me permite definir permisos muy específicos, restringir información por carpetas y puedo ver un historial completo. Esto es clave para mí porque me permite mantener control total sobre la información sin afectar la eficiencia de mi equipo. También me encanta que Egnyte se integra bien con otras herramientas como Microsoft 365 o Google Workspace. El proceso de configuración inicial fue bastante estructurado y no fue complicado.

What I like best about Egnyte is that I can keep everything in one place and organize it in proper folders, so my work stays clear and easy to manage and I don’t get confused. ease of use is very simple, no technical setup Needed. I started using it directly for my clinic work. I use it regularly to check patient records, update diet charts and manage content files. The inbuilt Pdf editor is very useful for my work. Many times I need to edit diet charts or update patient reports, and I can do it directly here without downloading again, which saves time. file sharing is also easy. I can quickly send diet plans, reports or even videos to patients or staff using a link, which makes communication simple. Search option also helps when there are many files. If I make changes in a file, I can still go back to older version which is useful sometimes. Performance is good, files open fast and it does not feel slow even with multiple folders. Number of features is enough for daily work like folder management, sharing, Pdf editing and version control, not too complicated. It also works well with Google Docs and MS Office files, so integration feels smooth. overall it feels stable and reliable. It helps me manage my clinic data and health content in a simple and organized way.
