I like the customizations you can do to make it work for you. Having the ability to make tasks reoccurring and create templates have saved me a ton of time. Their onboarding staff is also great and extremely helpful. I had a hard time using ClickUp effectively in the beginning but they offer a free consultation with their onboarding staff to help you get the most of it.

I use ClickUp for project managing in my marketing agency. I like the many features and tools it has, making it very customizable to any kind of project or need for me or my clients. I use everything from the simplest to the most advanced features. The tasks are more organized, and I've set up automations that save me lots of time and clicks. ClickUp shows better benefits compared to its pricing and offers more features than its main competitor. It's more complete and has a closer connection to the client, with human support scheduling calls to discuss questions and provide support.

I really like ClickUp. I like the interface and that everything is in one place, especially for documents and to-do lists. I think the chat feature will be great for replacing email once I get more people involved. I really like being able to put SOPs in the tasks, and while it's a bit of a beast to learn, I want to use it more. I also appreciate the one-on-one assistance they offer, which has helped jumpstart me a little bit. The onboarding courses have been helpful and are a really nice feature. I find the interface sleeker than Teams, which is what we had been using, and I like that it's a combination of features from Teams and Notion, but with the added benefit of task management. I think ClickUp allows me to potentially do all my work in one place, although we're still in the process of transitioning more of our communication onto the platform.
