When I first joined the company, we did not have a standard tool to manage our projects and portfolios. Portfolio management was very manual using an excel spreadsheet with no ability to keep track of historical data or measure KPIs for continuous improvements. With the Bubble software, we have a single source of truth with all our projects in the system standardizing the way we manage projects and being able to pull different reports, dashboards and generate KPIs as needed.
