I like that the data and events structure of Bloomreach is a lot more customizable than other providers, which gives a level of flexibility that you can't get with other out-of-the-box solutions. I can create new events or customer attributes much easier than on other platforms, allowing me more freedom to do my job without needing the help of the data or engineering teams. The initial setup was very easy when we switched to Bloomreach three years ago from Hubspot.
