Working with the Blink team has been a strong experience and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. The platform supports the frontline well, and I appreciate that Blink listens to feedback and keeps improving. Overall, Blink feels like a real disruptor in internal comms and I'm looking forward to continuing to work with the team to innovate.

I like that Blink allows our field employees to talk to our office staff on a leisurely basis. It lets them communicate when it's a good time for them, not necessarily when it's convenient for someone else. Private messaging and contacts make it easy for our employees to communicate, and the translation feature is especially useful since many of our employees are not native English speakers. This helps ensure that everyone can communicate easily and everything is communicated clearly. I also enjoyed how easy Blink was to use; it felt familiar and kept everybody up to date, which was crucial during the COVID time when we couldn't be in the office together.

It is a great engagement tool for a non-centralised workforce.
