The biggest one is that coverage for smaller German SMEs and local mid-market companies isn’t as deep as it is for larger enterprises. We miss some relevant signals from smaller target accounts that matter to us. The user interface also feels a bit dated and less intuitive compared to modern tools like Apollo or Lusha. Setting up custom alerts can take more steps than it should, and filtering or organizing alerts can be clunky at times. We’ve also noticed that some alerts arrive slightly delayed or lack context, which means we still have to do extra research to fully understand the opportunity.
